沙滩山水度假村 (Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort)

评价： STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. great breakfast buffet. great gym. you have to want to stay at the beach with nothing else around tho. but plus side, such nice quiet after coming from Nha Trang.

优点： Extensive buffet style breakfast, 2 swimming pools on site, next to the beach. We were upgraded to a huge suite with bath and massive shower, balcony, huge bed. Didn't want to leave.

评价： Overall I reccomend. Don't expect gold plating but it has all the facilities of a resort and well worth the price.

I paid about 250nzd for a 3 people which is a steal at the time compared to other beach resort. I got a deluxe room for 3.

The good
Facilities (gym and pools) were great and well maintained.

staff were very friendly and accomodating.

We were welcomed with iced tea when we arrived which was a nice touch. They helped with safe keeping luggage before check in.

The rooms are in a seperate building so there's not much foot traffic when you exit the room.

The breakfast was fantastic. Loved their salad, fruit and bread selection. Also loved the hot kitchen.

There's beach hammocks, beds and shade for you to chill and work on your tan.

The Not so Good.

The rooms are either abit old or have suffered quite abit of water damage. You'll see black mould along some silicon. Water marks on some walls and some floor tiles or table tops have started delamination.

Housekeeping was average. We needed to ask them to replenish our shampoos and toilet roll. Didn't change it despite it being used up.

They had a buffet dinner while I was there. It was 300,000 dong and there was less variety than breakfast with some dishes replicated from breakfast. Also drinks are based on ordering and not included in the buffet.

There was only 1 staff i wasnt impressed with. A man on night receptionist duty who was extremely unfriendly. It felt like he simply didn't want to talk to anyone or did anything. Was ignored for quite awhile.

For the deluxe rooms, there were only single king beds or two twin beds available. For three people, they gave me a king room and one of those portable bed so I slept on a foam mattress. It was comfortable enough as i like firm beds but abit of a buzzkill for a resort.

优点： The resort is very quiet.
A big compliment goes to the staff, which extremely friendly and always ready to assist and help in everything.
The beach is big, sandy and clean.

评价： not close to anything. 200,000VDN ride to go to Hoi Sn or Da Nang

优点： We had read lots of reviews about wear and tear in the hotel but it was fantastic. The bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated and we're very clean. The ocean view room we were in had a brilliant view with a large balcony and was clean and spacious. Maybe the lamps were a bit rusty. The resort is massive with cute hammocks spotted around the gardens. The beach is clean and adjacent to the resort. Good breakfast.

Finally, I must say that this is the best substitute for money & Over all it's good to stay here with family.

评价： The property's staff were exceptional, always ready to assist. The bathroom was well- maintained, and the beach and garden were delightful. However, the amenities fell short, affecting the overall experience -- kids play area not equipped well, no performance/activities during the day or evening, not much activities for beach, okay board games

评价： If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, food options are very limited and they did not make any efforts also to prepare few food items even when I said them while checking in. The hotel has great location and worth staying given the amount I paid.
