评价： When I arrived, I received the unfortunate news that Agoda had sent the wrong room request information to the hotel. However, the reception staff supported me very enthusiastically and quickly changed my room to match my original request. The security staff were also quite enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet had a few options but was acceptable they should maintain better cleanliness in the dining area.

优点： Khách sạn sạch sẽ , vị trí tốt.

评价： Good hotel for your money, super clean, food is good (breakfast)
Staffs are very nice and friendly, professional too

优点： Khách sạn trang trí đẹp , nhân viên thân thiện , ăn sáng rất ngon ! Nói chung là tôi rất hài lòng , lần sau sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu bạn bè tới nghỉ !

评价： Great convenience and fantastic facility

评价： The receptionist agreed to "upgrade" the room to the same class as the room I booked. Even though I had booked the correct room class and only wanted to stay in the room class I had booked.

优点： Ok tại Bảo Lộc
