评价： I have been staying at this place for more than 5 years now.

Although located in District 3, it is conveniently just outside District 1. It's a walk from here to almost everywhere including the tourists spots.

It's not far from the Airport as well.

Place is a little old but always clean. The staff are very good and make you feel at home.

优点： Ouiet side street in vibrant neighborhoods. The propritress Gwen was super helpful.and her staff too. It was very comfortable for myself and adult grandson in two bedrooms. I had some health problems that they were sympathetic to and kindly helped. Always available through our 18 day stay in hcmc. Highly recommended. Air conditioning good. Clean.

缺点： Nothing really to complain of.

评价： I am just curious the apartment can fit 4 people but maximum only for 2. Anyway, I really like the place which is near to my office. However, management has to do something about the ants as my breads were full of ants the next day...

优点： The apartment living room was spacious and has a fully functioning kitchen. Hot water is also available in the bathrooms. The older staff was very kind, accommodating and friendly.

缺点： -The apartment smells old.
-The aircons were all dirty and dusty. (I had to lift the AC cover since it smelled)
-Roomss are small.

-Im very unhappy with the younger staff member who was on duty when we arrived. He was lazy and didn't even bring us to the room. He just handed the key and said the floor. We had to figure out everything ourselves. The next day our breakfast wasn't delivered so when I woke up at 10am I had to message the property thru booking.com since their intercom isn't working.

We met an older staff member, who came and apologized and said he wasn't informed that we have breakfast included. He was very kind. He prepared a very delicious meal for me and my friends.

Sunday afternoon around 1:30 we saw the younger staff again on the way out and we were asking him to clean the room but he showed me his phone to read a translation that said "no housekeeping" "clean tomorrow". I told him we're checking out tomorrow but he just said no.
