评价： This hotel displays misleading images that confuse customers. The staff show no effort to assist and behave rudely. The owner called to scold the customer and blame them instead. There was no support provided. The customer didn’t even check into the room, yet the hotel marked it as checked in. Even if you book a full day, be cautious as the staff might kick you out to accommodate hourly guests. The rooms are cramped and dirty, and while the description mentions a window, there isn’t one (the hotel even included images of spacious rooms with balconies and bathtubs???).
If you want to experience one of the worst accommodations, this is definitely one of them.

评价： Absolutely horrible staff. Their attitude is like not about serving customers at all.
The check-in is 24h but when I arrived at 6am (booked the night before) there was no staff.

My charger is broken and I politely asked them to borrow one for 15-30 mins so that my phone would not die but they absolutely ignore and reject at all cost.

The staff look like they are forced to serve for free even though the charge is higher relative to the hotel in the area.

评价： If you need a quick stop before flying out next day, this is a good spot to book. Note check in is 9pm so even better if you land late.

评价： This hotel is what they call a 'love hotel'. That is why you have to check out at noon and then come back at 9pm. They rent the rooms out to sex workers during the day. I found a used condom on the floor used qtips. It is in an out of the way place in GoVap. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. They know what they are doing when they orchestrate the misunderstanding. Normally, because the room is cheap I would let it slide. Nut this can ruon your stay in HCMC.

优点： There was no breakfast the fridge didnt work and there was no drinking water provided. We found a hair in the bed that did not belong to us and the room was tiny. You had to carry your bags up the first flight of stairs to the lift which took us to the third level. We paid extra for the VIP suite which you couldnt swing a cat in ... We had to ask for towels for the shower which was only just warm the towels we got were paper thin and not very white at all. The place was that bad we left the next morning and found better accommodation I would not recommend this place to any one.

评价： The room is clean and fully equipped. The quality of the room is impeccable, but the night receptionist on June 22 was very disappointing, as if they wanted to chase customers away. The room quality is good, I will come back, but the staff left a negative impression and were very unpleasant :(((
