6.8 Good - ĐÔNG 08-10-2023

Overall, the quality of the room is not bad but the attitude of the morning shift staff is very poor, while the evening shift staff are very friendly, so I won't give it a 1-star rating.

10.0 Exceptional - Khánh 13-06-2023

I had a surprise vacation at Rivera Suite Da Nang and I am very satisfied. The staff is lovely. The room is extremely spacious and has all the amenities like an apartment, with clean, new, and fragrant pillows and blankets. Wonderful. Thanks, Rivera Suite. Thanks, Agoda.

10.0 New and spacious room, near the beach - Minh 17-09-2024

New renovation hotel, large studio room, very kind staff. They also setup kitchen utensils if you require.
Very near the beach just 5m walking. Next time I will stay longer to see the dragon bridge near by

10.0 Khách sạn xuất sắc với nhân viên nhiệt tình. - Zachary 10-06-2024

1.0 dirty, outdated, and poorly secured hotel, with insufficient service for the price charged - Thierry 15-09-2024

优点： not too far from the beach by motobike

At this price, it’s absolutely outrageous to provide such a dirty room! Upon our arrival, as soon as I opened the first cupboard, a terrible smell of feces came out. It was horrible! We immediately requested to change rooms, but they initially told us we’d have to wait until the next day because no other room was available. After insisting and threatening to ask for a refund, a room suddenly became available. While this room didn’t have the awful smell, it was still poorly cleaned, old, with stains in all the cupboards, and even mouse droppings in one of them.
As for security, it’s highly questionable. The reception can be unattended for hours, leaving the door wide open, allowing anyone from outside to enter without being stopped. It’s unacceptable! Nothing justifies this price for such a dirty, outdated establishment with so few staff present...I took photos to show the deplorable condition. Where can I share them on Booking?

9.2 Đáng giá. - Sarah 14-02-2024

Riêng tư, tiệm nghi!

4.8 Phòng đẹp nhưng.. - Jasmine 06-09-2023
