缺点： The room is very dark, there are no windows, it is not clear whether it is day or night.

缺点： As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel safe in the hostel. I was the only woman in the hole hostel and I was in the dorm. The lock of the bathroom was broken, I felt not comfortable at all to take my shower knowing that the door was unlocked with 7 other men in the dorm who seem to Know each other! Fortunately nothing happened but I was so stressed to go to the toilet and take my shower. I have the feeling that the customers living in this hostel are foreign workers and not tourists, which made me even more less comfortable.

优点： The staff was nice and dealt with issues promptly.

缺点： The toilet sprayer burst without even using it and the lighting was horrible, but welcome to Vietnam.

评价： I have booked the Redoorz brand before and thought that they were always of a good standard.
How wrong I was this time!

I Got there after a flight from the Philippines around 11pm. the guy at reception spoke no other language than Vietnamese and money was the only word he seemed to know in English.
He then showed me the room which had no Aircon, just a fan on the floor. No towel, no sheet to cover myself and the curtain was broken and dysfunctional.
A group of 4 Bangladesh/Indian guys entered the room around 11:45pm , switched on the main lights and started eating curried food in the middle of the floor.
When I pointed out to them that it was nearly midnight and I wanted to sleep and they could eat maybe outside. They replied NO and that they would eat in the room
I went down to reception to get the receptionist and tried to communicate in sign language that I wanted to sleep and they were eating in the room.
He came up looked in the room but did nothing !!
It was unbelievable that the reception guy had no interest in resolving the issue.
They finished eating a short while later left the room , Came back at 2am talking loudly and with complete disregard that they were in a shared room and that protocol usually dictates that people need to respect each other.
I have stayed in dorms all over Asia and Europe and this is the THE WORST EVER DORM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN ... PLEASE BE WARNED!!
not even for one night !! STAY AWAY!
My advice would be it's better to sleep in the local park or on the sidewalk than here !!Totally disgusted with the experience.
