瑞优精品酒店 (Reu Boutique Hotel)

评价： My family and I chose Reu Boutique Hotel for a quick pit stop before flying off to Hanoi. We wanted a place where we can wind down after a few days of exploring Hoi An and boy, this place delivered.

What attracted us in the beginning was the Architecture. It doesn’t look like anything we have experienced, and we’ve stayed at a lot of high-end resorts that incorporate vernacular themes into their designs. If I can summarise its design in a few words, It would be: Adventurous and honest, with a bit of whimsy thrown in. It’s not trying to be perfect (not that it needs to), but resulted in a laid back and homely environment.

The room was cosy and well planned out. It gave the vibe of staying in a village house, but with modern amenities. I like the lighting design and well thought out details. The polished concrete floor was a bit slippery (which my son used to slide around wearing socks), but it’s not a problem barefoot.

The staff were attentive and friendly. We were briefed about the whole room when we checked in (some 5 star hotels don’t even do this). Around the premises, they were always nearby to offer help, but gave guests enough space to roam freely - a very important aspect often forgotten by some hotels.

Anything to improve? Sure.. The breakfast buffet had great selection, but the quality of the food can be slightly better (I would rate it 3.5 out of 5). The finishing for the lift interiors should be improved. The carriage had a strong smell of plywood and glue.

Summary: If you’re looking for a place to relax and wind down, this place is perfect. Interesting vibe, with top notch service.

评价： I had an absolute great stay at Reu. The staff, the concept of the hotel, and the fact that they really take pride in offering the best they can, makes a difference, and I am very appreciative of it. Thank you all and for having a vision that is aligned with Nature. :)

优点： Alright rooms, perfect if you want the paddy field view

评价： The secluded entrance may be a bit strange for first-time visitors, but the staff are very enthusiastic in their support. The newly built hotel has a unique and warm design, with all the necessary amenities and a distinctive, elegant welcome approach. I highly recommend this place to all other customers who are considering a getaway.

优点： The space has been designed (by famous Vietnamese Mr Hiep) to meet any dream you have had before. It is a charming atmosphere, and we (architects) discovered a lot of lovely details. Staff was very gentile and welcoming. The brunch, being served as buffet at weekends was beyond any standard, prepared and set up with love. Thank you, Réu !

评价： The hotel is located in a quite place with the rice field view but also close to the old town and an Bang beach. The staffs are friendly and the spa is great.

优点： Well designed . Excellent play on material and texture . Clever contrast yet blend into the environment.

评价： Beautiful spot if visiting Hoi an. Double check its rice season if you want the beautiful views across the rice paddies. The pool should be heated for maximum benefit when it’s cold.

优点： The property is beautiful and just being there alone is so calming. The architecture is so unique and stunning.

评价： This hotel is the best value hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is super attentive even in the already great service Vietnam. The design is cool with a lux feeling. In the middle of rice fields. I am already recommending it to all my friends!

优点： It was amazing, the architecture was stunning. We had a fabulous room with views across the fields to Hoi an.
The staff were very friendly and effecient.

评价： I had a tiny problem when getting here because the entrance road was a bit small and a truck blocked this road. But when getting in the hotel, I had a very good impression. The staff was so friendly, introduced thoroughly about the facilities, the service,... and took us to the room. The free breakfast was served with your order and it was extremely plentiful and delicious. What a great experience!

优点： The staff were excellent and seemed genuinely kind, not in a forced way. The rooms are large and beautifully designed with live plants on the balcony and in the bathroom. Breakfast was one of the highest quality ones we had, and although not every day was a buffet, we could still choose as much from the menu as we wanted and submit our requests the night before so it was ready quickly, which was a great idea. The location made it a favourite, quiet and peaceful yet close to the city.

优点： Beautiful unique designed hotel in middle of paddy fields. Very serene and relaxing, and very helpful friendly staffs especially Trung, explained to us and we enjoyed talking to. Love the overall experience and will definitely comes back to stay again.

优点： Quite unusual in a very good way. It was so fun to explore with gasps behind every door. The view from our window over the rice fields was ever changing.
Pool was lovely and very clean.
The staff were REALLY a highlight. Could not compliment our young lady on front desk ( Vinh?) enough and Trung in restaurant was exceptional. Another delightful man looked after us in the outdoor patio area one night.
We took many, many photos.
