评价： There was no restaurant, no kitchen, no electric kettle, no staff. The room was spacious, with more than adequate furnitures. The toilet waa shabby. No room cleaning.

优点： I guess it's OK if you go to Bromo Mount and dont sleep there, just to put luggage and rest a little

评价： The worst hotel we have stayed in during our whole 3 month travels. It was so dirty and unhygienic I didn’t even want to have a shower. The amount of dust was a joke. The stains on the bed sheets was gross.

评价： Tempatnya lembab, kamar mandi dan kamarnya kotor, bekas bocoran air hujan juga masih ada, pegawainya tidak selalu ada di resepsionis, dapat info klo tempatnya ternyata angker, kadang ada yg diganggu..

优点： Great location in Malang. The staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were a very big size.

优点： You can’t beat the location and the staff were very helpful. Five minutes walking to the train station and 10mins to the colorful town. The rooms on the second floor seem to be in better shape than the first. The staff was very accommodating when I asked to switch rooms. Lowest price I saw in the area!

评价： dirty old bathroom, the shower looked aweful. the white towel was more yellow than white. there were cockroaches, bedbugs, and smaller things. the bed sheets seemed to have moldy stains. old and spooky place to stay at. at least the beds and the bathroom should be in a good condition, even in a budget place

When I made a call to the property I talked to AI which keep telling me the booking code is wrong while AI know it is already correct. No local contact number, I must use long distance call ...useless
