(RedDoorz @ Jemursari Surabaya 2)

Bantal sama guling nya jamuran semua + kucel parah. Mau nonton TV gak bisa suruh benerin malah marah nyolot, akhirnya aku marah. Minta ganti kamar aku cek dulu ternyata sama! Ke kamar mandi tet tot sabunnya kosong minta ke bawah gak ada sabun, aku tanya ke penghuni kamar yg lain sama kamar yg aku mau ganti sama no toiletries amenities. Ya udah beli sabun, ya kan... Habis mandi pake handuk, oh noooo! Handuknya sobek sredel gitu.

I think it is good deals RedDoorz. My room is clean, ac is cold, amnesties okay, tv works well, and wifi is quite fast. However, the staff is not friendly. He could not give smile, or even my question was answered with unfriendly word/statement. Owner must give him suggestion, college, and instruction how to be good customer service. His was to communicate with customer make me think Twice whether should I stay and book this hostel or not.

Staf ramah n kemudahan acces n cheap

Clean, friendly staff, acces, cheap, etc

The room light was not bright, what you paid what you get, ensure you strong enough to go up and down by staircase, you must carry your own stuff.

The room was clean and worth for money.
