评价： We just stay on 23 May 2025 with group compony. The view is really stunning. The food is really good taste and the staff very helpfull.
优点： Location
缺点： The bathroom were very dirty
评价： The swimming pool looks a bit dirty. I wanted to swim, but I didn't after seeing it. I hope they keep it cleaner and add more resting areas around the pool with shade.
优点： The location at the highest point of puncak
缺点： Need to provide variety of breakfast

评价： I was checked in by Cindy at the front desk who was very kind and professional. My mountain view room was clean and cozy. Good service at dinner time with my cup refilled with hot tea countless times. The breakfast view was stupendous. I will surely come back to Puncak Pass Resort again soon.
优点： the location is really amazing
缺点： the place is very cold and they gave me unclean room which also had some dead bugs on the floor and walking lizards all around room
评价： Jadi untuk kolam renangnya airnya dingin Dan anginnya cukup kencang gak bisa berenang lama2. Sama untuk balik ke kamar abis berenang perjuangan banget sih. Cerobong kayu pembakaran Masih tercium walaupun kita gak menyalakan api . Terbaiknya adaalah pemandangannya keren sih Dan suasana yg sangat puncak pass banget.
