优点： Amazing location, literally on top of some amazing rice fields. Away from the busy roads and immerse in nature. The staff on site was of tremendous help and very kind. The food served at breakfast/lunch and dinner was delicious. All locally sourced and freshly cooked. The room with beautiful view was spacious and with a lovely balcony and fancy shower.
缺点：
- we haven't been told you couldn't reach the facility with the car, we had to walk up hill under the sun because we got no answer from them when we tried to call.
- on the list of facilities it mentions an "open air bath" which is actually not there. There is only and empty (not working) pool at the moment.
- we haven't been told that we couldn't pay by card. After some discussion we had to pay in Euros at an exchange rate chosen by them (their bank as they said).
优点： We loved being in this place (great walks, huge feeling of peace) and felt extremely comfortable in Thuy's homestay. Amazing, welcoming people and the *best* food. You need to know this is 300m up from the road (concrete track through rice fields, was fine) That gave the best views! We hope we get the chance to come back one day, as this place was very special.
缺点： ---
优点： Most beautiful view in Pu Luông, nice place, friendly personnel
缺点： Pool was closed, place was not clean (curtains smelly, shower curtain full of mold, Shower with green moss at the bottom, dust under the bed and lots of hair and dust on the bedhead.

优点：
Great location, beautiful view, lovely garden
Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Thuy was a great host.
Food was delicious and we got generous potion for the set and the hotpot.
The decor of the room was very nice as well. I love the bamboo bed.
缺点：
Karaoke from the neighbors was loud and affected our first evening. It sucked that we wanted to go for a holiday and escaped from the karaoke. The staff said it rarely happens and appologized. It would be better if they’d consider/offer to give us a discount.
There was not a lot of hot water, so we couldn’t use the bath tub.

nằm trên đổi duy nhất 1 mình rất bình yên, thích hợp cho thư giãn hòa nhập vào thiên nhiên. Chị bếp nấu ăn rất ngon và vui vẻ, 1 phần 2 người ăn hoài ko hết, mình ăn chay 3 ngày toàn trứng, cải luộc, măng xào siêu ngon ngọt, viết tới đây chảy nước miếng haha, phòng sạch sẽ, nước nóng lạnh đầy đủ . Cho mình cám ơn chị bếp và mấy bạn tiếp tân dễ thương 😍 😍 😍

The view is beautiful.
Ms. Hanh, the managing host operating from Hanoi, is really nice, super kind and helped me immediately with all my issues (and they were a few...please see below...)
缺点：
Unfortunately, there was a lot which went wrong. It's my 2nd time in Vietnam and I never had an experience like this:
- Room wasn’t really clean. Hair bushes from previous guests, stains, dust
- Mold on the bottle you get your drinking water in
- Cockroach, dead gecko in balcony door
- I stayed 7 days, 6 from them were super noisy. 3 days there was Karaoke from several neighbours on a volume that you can hear it in the whole valley, starting at 8:30am. In addition, there is a construction site right behind the lodge, they started daily at 6:30am with hammer and jigsaw
- With a stay of 7 days I expected at least room service once. After I complained while checking out they said I should have told them if I want room service as they only have one key for the rooms. Tell it in advance!
- no English menu and it’s a back and forth to get the dinner menu, it changes slightly depending on availability. The local host, Thuy, isn’t always around and doesn’t have WhatsApp, so you can’t communicate with her if you don’t have a Vietnamese SIM card.
- I was the only guest at 2 nights and it seemed like I was more of a burden to the hosts. One night I was ordered to dinner earlier than usual so that the local host can chill earlier. She left right after she served my dinner
- There is no kettle in the room as stated in the ad, you have to get your hot water from a shared kettle at the restaurant area
- You can hear mice/rats crawling through the roof
- They had a promotion on facebook with 20%. According to the terms & conditions mentioned in the post I fit the criteria but the boss of the Ecocharm (a holding in Hanoi…) refused to give me the discount and invented new criteria so that I don’t fulfill the terms & conditions
- Thuy wasn’t around at 11am checkout time. Card machine was broken so I had to meet someone in Hanoi to pay in cash
- Food is okay, nothing special. I ate better at other places in Pu Luong
- toilet in restaurant super dirty
评价： Khách sạn khoá thì hư, khách sạn muỗi hỏi có gì chống muỗi không thì bảo không, ăn sáng thì mì tôm, khách sạn giá thì cao chất lượng phục vụ kém, không hổ trợ khách hàng....khuyên các bạn không nên đến chỉ thêm bực mình
优点： I travelled Vietnam for three weeks and this has been by far my favorite stay! The views are amazing, the bungalow is so pretty and the staff is so friendly and kind. They took us to a traditional dance event and let me stay two hours longer in the bungalow so that I did not have to wait for my bus outside. Thank you so much!
优点： great location, the rice field around the home, great view with the mountain far away both with sunrise & sunset. far enough to other residences but reachable to the community (300m away the road). lovely place with eco atmosphere. The staff was very nice & helpful. Feeling as familiar as our hometown.
缺点： sometimes hot water not enough capacity. The sale person should transfer us direct to at-home staff contact number for better information exchanged during our stay there.
