评价： Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Value for money. Had a very good stay.

评价： Almost all hotel facilities were really poor, dirty and messy, air conditioning did not work properly, the pool was dirty, the location was also bad. It was uncomfortable and below expectations for this rate.

评价： Due to our work, we needed to change the date of our stay, and the hotel was very enthusiastic in their support. Furthermore, the hotel provided us with excellent airport transfer service. Thank you very much to Praha Hotel, and see you again!

评价： The smell in lobby is so bad, and the bed is not clean, there were some red dot like blood. Not recommended!!

优点： The place was clean, the breakfast was perfect, the stuff was amazing, the location was great, it wasn't noisy, just what you need to relax.

优点： The place has great location, right on the main road near the Long Beach. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Cleaning was very good!

评价： Nice clean rooms with a decent breakfast. We didn't use the pools at all since both pools were too cold, it was always windy during the time we were there so i guess this was just unfortunate. One minus would definitely be that if you have the sea view in the old building then you will have loud music at night coming from the restaurants outside. nHowever i can't stress enough how much the staff are helpful even with the limited English. When we arrived i find out that we had 2 beds instead of three and it turned out to be an issue from my side but the front desk quickly arranged for an extra bed to be brought in the room and even gave me a discounted rate for it. nAlso it must be said that the beach is located on the other side of the road and you have walk ~5 mins through a construction site to get to the beach. There were a couple of days when the workers closed the gates and we have to climb around it to get to the beach. Just be aware of that fact.

优点： Great location that is very close to the beach, room had AC and was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast included was a large breakfast with plenty of food choices.

评价： The reception lady is very nice and provided kind assistance to me for booking a car to travel around Phu Quoc. The service is excellent and highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.
