评价： Amazing stay in Bali! Every staffs were so kind and friendly, and it felt exactly like home. Can’t wait to be back ❤️

优点： My life has been measured in hotel rooms—hundreds of transient spaces that blur together in memory.nnBut then, I found this sanctuary.nnFrom the moment I crossed your threshold, something profound shifted within me. This isn't merely accommodations it's a masterpiece of human understanding. The thoughtfulness embedded in every corner, the passion evident in the smallest details—it wasn't just welcoming, it was *revelatory*. nnI found myself moved to tears, caught in that rare moment when you encounter something crafted with such genuine care that it transcends its purpose. In a world of standardized experiences, you've created something sacred: a place that remembers what home truly means.nnPlease extend my deepest gratitude to every soul who contributed to creating this transformative haven—from the visionaries who conceived it to the hands that maintain its magic daily. You haven't just built a hotel you've architected an experience that reminds weary travelers like myself what it means to belong somewhere, if only temporarily.nnAnd please—change nothing. The perfection you've achieved here is as rare as it is necessary.nnWith profound appreciation, nnnOzan

优点： Everything was absolutely well thought and designed. We enjoyed our stay more than we expected. Incredible staff, cleanliness

评价： Excellent service by the staff. Most of the things in the hotel is recycled. Feels like saving the planet as well.nnBest sunset view.

优点： Very minimalist yet functional room setup. It was a nice touch to leave the makings of your own cocktails: mixers, limes and various local spirits as a welcome gift, including a few yummy snacks.rnI thought the room was extremely comfortable and well designed. It was intriguing! The pools are also lovely, and the fact that you can have your breakfast served poolside is also very nice.rnI only ate at one other location: the Beach Club Bar and the food was good. Nice bartenders, especially a young trainee who was lovely to chat with!

评价： One of the best hotel services in Seminyak. Staff was very helpful in catering many requests. Facilities are superb

优点： Exceptional staff, service and an overall amazing experience.

评价： 我们订了三晚酒店另外在Ubud三晚还有个海边2晚我们一致同意这个酒店值得一直住不用换酒店

优点： Very very noisy place - we booked the suite and we’re constantly bothered by the beach club at night, by cleaners cleaning other rooms at 9 in the morning and constant noise.

评价： - Found cockroach in the bathroom. [ Not a good sign for a 5 star hotel] nn- Secondly, the hotel did not wash the shampoo bottle after refilled. Dirt around the bottle cap

优点： Best hotel in bali

优点： My stay here was magnificent. This is one of the world's 50 best hotels. Why is this hotel one of the best in the world? It is for its sustainability, creativity and design. They have a zero-waste goal and one of the hottest beach clubs in Seminyak. They focus on relaxation, healing and wellness. The staff, my studio, the restaurants, food, the classes, grounds, pool area and beach club were great. You are welcomed with open arms along with snacks, local drink and gifts. My room was wonderful with comfy bed, great shower, lots of treats and essentials. The breakfast was out of this world. The instructors/healers for meditation and yoga were amazing. I am truly happy that I decided to stay here to end my trip in Bali. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED HANDS DOWN!!!!!
