评价： next time will come back again here
优点： Room view and hotel facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent.
缺点： They changed me 200,000 IDR instead of 170,000 IDR which was in my booking.com meal plan.
评价： The resort is equipped with many choice of activities, you dont have to even go out from the resort to experience lots of things.
优点： Good view and good breakfast
评价： Got the terrace with garden view. Peaceful & quite
优点： The hotel has a nice location, with many good facilities.rnIt is a little bit far away from anything else, so arrange for a car for your extra activities.rnrnThe staff is amazing, everything is very good, the views, the services... etc.
缺点： I preferred a wider range of plates in the restaurant, especially on the open buffet day.
评价： Its been pleasure stay at pesona alam, it was nice experience with all staff so helpfull and breakfast was so goodnReally recomend for all family who want to staycation near of safari park
缺点： The noise cancelation is bad in the room, i can hear everything outside...

优点： Good hotel
缺点： Nothings
评价： Beautiful hotel. Great for kids as well. But the room is quite small.
优点： The location of the hotel
缺点： The toom was clean
评价： Selalu jadi pilihan utama jika mau ke puncak karena udaranya masih dapat dinginnya dan lingkungannya juga tertata baik dengan berbagai fasilitas di dalamnya
优点： The location was great! nBetonica hotel was awesome
缺点： Persona villas were too consumed and old. Too dark at night. Smell not good at all. nnI upgraded to Betonica hotel it was new and awesome. I paired the difference to a family sweet. Please mind the stairs if you have kids less that 4 yrs old
评价： Ini yg ke 2 kali saya stay… ternyata tetap sebagus dan sebaik dulu tdk berubah…👍☺️
优点： Location is good
缺点： The room was small and not cleaned well.
评价： The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the facility around the hotel was superb. Definitely recommended.
优点： The location on the valley of mount pangrango, beautiful view
缺点： We came to reach the hotel from Bandung via Cianjur and we were not aware for lane closure on Saturday due to holiday season. No driving direction was given by the hotel to anticipate the traffic. We were stuck at Puncak Pass after Melrimba for 3 hours waiting for the lane closure lifted at 13:00. nnUpon arrival at the hotel, no welcome drink was provided and check-in was not so great mostly due to stress due to traffic.nnBaby cot was not provided even though we have requested online and after many attempts to call the receptionist, it was delivered to our room.nnThe location was great in the valley of beautiful mount Pangrango but not many nature type experiences offered by the hotel.
