巴厘巴板Pentacity酒店 (Pentacity Hotel Balikpapan)

缺点： My stay was quite the experience. They were drilling from 11pm to 2am God knows where and they never told us during our check in. We couldn’t open the balcony door either - it was locked.

缺点： the breakfast area is quite small with high occupancy of guests. the menu selection was limited and the menu is already cold at 7.30 am

缺点： Price little bit expensive compare to other hotel surrounding. nnBath room little bit small. Need to move around to get out from the bath room.

缺点： Too Noisy

缺点： Beds aren't comfortable

缺点： The breakfast. Little space and people need to wait to get a table. They even have a reserved section tat people cant eat there. With no information how to reserved it. (first time I encountered reserved place at breakfast time )

缺点： Compare to other hotel with same price around balikpapan.. value for money was not good..small room for 80$/night hotel.. only serve indonesian style breakfast that so salty..pastry was limited..waitress never offer me coffee for my 4 days stay..

缺点： Hotel location is nice and convenient, great place for family, and staffs were polite and friendly. However, when we supposed to check in by 2pm, till 4 pm we had not have our room on the date of arrival. In Family Room, at Small Pantry area, had a lot of ANTs as well as Main Room, at the coffee machine area. Someone had come to check the ants, but no action taken thus room still had a lot of ants, even though we did not bring any food to the room. Bathroom, showering area were not well covered, resulting water splashing out during shower, and causing floor wet and slippery. It was dangerous for kids and old people.

缺点： The room too small for tht such price n the worst is the shower area too too small n w/out door also so when shower all water splash everywher make the toilet room all wet including the toilet seat ..ridiculuos

缺点： the breakfast. the variation is limited
