评价： Absolutely loved Park Hyatt. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was extremely beautiful and clean, we had amazing city views! The wardrobe door could use some fixing as it wasn’t so smooth but not an issue at all. Breakfast was so delicious!! Location is good, next to COEX mall and subway just at the entrance. Didn’t get to use the pool/gym facilities but hope we get to next time. Also we really appreciate the birthday cake!! Would definitely stay here again.

The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the room was incredibly comfortable and peaceful — making our stay truly relaxing.nnThe breakfast buffet was delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented. As a special honeymoon gesture, the hotel treated us to premium chocolate and a traditional Korean drink, which we truly appreciated.nnThank you, Park Hyatt Seoul, for making our honeymoon so special. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Seoul.

评价： Love our stay in Park Hyatt. Location is perfect, right in front of metro line. The view is amazing. Staff are nice and helpful. Will stay here again.

评价： As we had booked the luxurious suite, we were excited to take in the stunning view from our room. But, to our surprise, the panoramic windows overlooked the bustling major road intersection of Gangnam, a vibrant hub of vehicular activity! nnThe constant flow of cars (which you do not hear a thing), the neon lights, and the energy of the city below created an electric atmosphere that was hard to ignore.nnIf you like a nature view, then this hotel is not for you. And the price is not worth paying for.

评价： The location was good because of the convenience of mall and subway but the hotel made us wait till 6 pm to check in - screwed up our room reservations and wasted our time 2 x during the day then finally gave us a dark hallway room - the most annoying is the elevator situation- nothing direct so you have to switch elevators every time

The staff were all and all the time very helpful, respectful and smiling, at any location, either behind the check-in/check-out desks, in the restaurants/bars, in the entrance foyer for managing the arrivals/departures of the guests...rnThe rooms were considerably larger than average, very well decorated, efficiently furnished. rnThe daily cleaning was done very well according to the standards of a 5-stars hotel. rnThe bar (The Timber House) which could be considered as a restaurant as well was providing a great new experience. A little expensive, but the service and food/drink qualities worth the money.
