评价： New hotel, probably not many people know about it yet.nnThe only problem I experience is thenAir Conditioning in the room is automatic and cannot be adjusted manually so it can feel very warm in the room..
优点： Location and staff
缺点： Room size. It's a little bit small for that price
评价： best hotel breakfast ever, amazing food, egg benedict is simply awsomenyou can experience the best view of Jakarta
优点： Service
缺点： Modern
评价： Everything there is exceptional. Fantastic location, great looking rooms, friendy service and good value for your bucks! What is there more to say!
优点： The bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet.
缺点： None
评价： Very clean, walking distance to GIM
优点： Staff and service were good.
缺点： The bathroom fittings such as shower didn’t work well. Always too hot and not adjustable easily. rnThe mini fridge couldn’t keep anything cold. We brought some medicines that require refrigeration but the mini fridge was of no use. rnTry to keep the sauna open for longer in the evenings.
评价： Good stay will recommend others as well.
优点： This is a fantastic new hotel with a modern and comfortable design. The view from the room was stunning, and the breakfast experience was exceptional, with a chef available to prepare dishes to your preference
缺点： Nothing significant—everything exceeded expectations
优点： The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable
缺点： None
评价： Many drivers cannot find this hotel. I wait for Grab driver in lobby, but they have problem come in. The first day I arrive from airport, the driver drop me at UOB plaza. Base on the signboard, I manage to find the hotel.
优点： New hotel great room
缺点： Lobby is so small
评价： I got so many birthday surprises in the room and at the club lounge. Choose a room with a club lounge access so you can see Jakarta from the 90th floor.
优点： This property is new and will setted up, clean and tiddy.
缺点： The only thing which this property need to improve is the breakfast, it is totally not to the guest expectation.
评价： Located in the heart of Jakarta. Very convenient and accessible through airport train.
优点： The staff was lovely, liked the 90th floor bar, and the glass bottles of water
缺点： Construction around it, grab bikes couldn’t come close, The light that doesn’t turn off by the bathroom, the coffee pot was broken, water never got hot, so I couldn’t take a bath and that is what I love about hotels usually. Also the staff got us a driver to the hotel, we told her and the driver both that we were flying to Bali and they dropped us at the international terminal and we had to pay more money to be taken to the correct terminal.
评价： Breakfast is kind of dissapointed for 5 stars hotel. Very limited choices and the taste is just average.
优点： I like how new and modern design of the room. Comfortable beddings and quiet room. The location is super central and within walking distance to a big mall in Jakarta. The view was amazing, we can see every part of Jakarta.
缺点： I’m a bit dissatisfied with how the bathtub pad smells so bad. Very unhygienic. The TV chromecast is also a problem, we ended up turning the TV off and watch from our device.
