评价： Charged for something I didn’t even go, management didn’t even bother following up for a booking unbeknownst to me.

评价： I wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. When I arrived, everyone watched as I unpacked my bags from my taxi - I had to ask for assistance. I'm not sure if there's a gym as I was not given any info on it as far as availability & hours of operation. I went to the restaurant for my welcome drink and was greeted by 3 people, then seated. After a few minutes of waiting, a female waiter came to ask if I was a member, to which I responded No. She then tried to make me leave and said the restaurant was for members only. I told her I was a guest but I did not understand why she randomly came to me, as if no one else working would've noticed I was there or assisted me before she did, since I was there for several minutes & there were several staff members available. The bed is not very soft, so I had an uncomfortable night's sleep. It felt like they put a mattress topper ontop of a cheap, hard mattress. The balcony has no privacy whatsoever and is directly connected to the suite next to me. I could literally walk onto the next suites balcony, and they can see directly into my bathroom (toilet and tub). There's a thin blind to cover the ceiling-to-floor windows but then you're unable to enjoy the view of the sky & marina waters from the tub. The water is only hot for a few minutes, so I could not truly enjoy the jacuzzi, as I had to keep waiting for the water to get back hot. The room is smaller than I expected since most of the space is in the bathroom, and there were bugs on the bed, while one was crawling up the bathrobe I was wearing. I also found that the bathrobes were torn. Breakfast was the main highlight of the stay, as I am a pescatarian & was able to enjoy bread/croissants/bagels/rolls, fruits, pasta, eggs, salad, and fish but the fish was far overcooked, so it was very dry, unflavorful, and unenjoyable. All in all, I was pretty disappointed in this hotel, especially for the price paid, so I did not extend my stay.

优点： Nice balcony with lovely view over harbor restaurants and bars close by and a supermarket. Lovely large pool with excellent changing facilities. Free shuttle bus to all areas of the island. Room serviced ever day if required. Nice peaceful surroundings for relaxing stay. On site restaurant very good and reasonably priced for Singapore.

评价： Rooms can see ants around n states as have many promotion for me n need to tell the staffs upon check in but til now check out,nobody can answer my question who n how to claims from Recep claims go to management office to claim n very good usher done n I found the way to the office abt 5-10min walk n management reception did checks for me n ask me look for Agoda cos they the one issue so knows the best,very good in direction

优点： Rooms and toilet are spacious, with transport available close by.

评价： this hotel is located pretty far from the crowd of sentosa island. the facilities are great inline with its 5 stars, surrounded by yacht view yet quiet and exclusive. room is super clean, cozy and luxurious.

优点： The place is kids friendly. my baby enjoyed the stay and the food from Latitude and the breakfast buffet were awesome.

评价： My son and I had a wonderful experience staying at One Degree 15. I used agoda to secure a great deal, and nothing beats seeing the smile on my son’s face throughout our stay.

优点： Was surprised the front desk staff wishes me a belated happy birthday and even prepared chocolate for me. This staycation was for my 53th birthday which happened few days ago.

优点： Love the room. And the staff was super nice. So before traveling, I dm-ed them a few question regarding the luggage room as we were going to spend the day at USS. We were wondering if they have that services as we went there during our check out date. They were glad give it for free and even offer us to use the pool bathroom to clean up after we're done having fun at USS. The bathroom was super duper comfortable! Hope to be there again soon
