评价： We had a very pleasant stay at OCloud hotel makingvour vacation in Seoul a very memorable one.nSpecial mention and thanks to Ms Kim Eunbee at the Reception fir her help and kindness..
优点： The location was good.
缺点： There was no breakfast under construction. Tge breakfast bento they offered for next day was cold and not fresh. The restaurant was under construction. I wish I would known. The bathroom walls had stains on it. It hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bidet was broken. It was not working. There was lack of communication in facility usage when I had arrived from the airport such as where the exit doors were, if there was a gym, if there was water in their room, how to find the hotel. I was stuck with suitcases as a foreigner because the hotel was hard to find. When checking in the staff directed me to the staff elevator I pointed to the staff sign however he told me it was OK to go up. I was using that elevator and then was yelled at the next day by cleaning lady.
评价： Hotel is very clean, well located for access to restaurants and shopping at Gangnam road. International staff are polite and helpful. nMale Korean staff was dismissive even I used translation app to ask for assistance.
优点： Please DO NOT stay in room 504 … I felt like it was a party outside from 12am - 5am …. Too much noise… couldn’t sleep because of it.
评价： location is really good, staff is very kind. deluxe double room has enough space.
优点： The staff was very helpful. The air conditioner was broken they sent the technician to the room so quick. After confirm that the air conditioner was broken, the staff immediately change the new room for us. nOther than that, the location was great. It close to everything.
缺点： There was a construction close to the hotel. There was some noisy sound but no problem for me.

评价： The hotel has an excellent location with the subway a couple minutes away by walking. There are also many cafes nearby which I enjoyed every morning. The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very polite.
优点： Extra towel and water provided since I did not want daily cleaning
评价： the location was great, can find everything in hand easily, food, shopping, mart etc.
优点： The location is very convenient and easy access to line 9. Lots of restaurants around.
缺点： The lane where the hotel lobby gate faces is having construction across the street and does have ample nature lighting.
