评价： Nice no thrill hotel, took me 15 mins to walk to the old quarter so not too bad, plenty of restaurants and shops and bars near by.

评价： I booked & paid 2 days but had to leave right after the 1st night because the room was too old and broken and felt dirty. See my photos of actual condition. I don’t dare to take the bath or sleep. Nothing looks like the photos on Agoda. Worst experience

优点： Kind personal, big room. Convenient location near the city center. Room service provides two bottles of water every day. The room with a balcony.

评价： I don’t write this because I want to, but this hotel tried to put me in two different rooms with water damages and mold, one had heavy smoke odor. The room had odor, bugs and damages. I have sensitivity to mold. My eyes were getting sore after 10 minutes in the room. The rooms are dirty in areas too, and would have stayed if they had a decent room, but I couldn’t stay there because of the health concerns….. Then they would not refund my money and so have had to go through a long process to try and get reimbursed. Which the hotel is avoiding. The money obviously means something to them as it does me. nnDon’t book here! You’ve been warned

优点： The front desk staff were very helpful and could speak English well. He helped us with booking tour for Ha Long Bay - luxurious and cheap. Also helped with locating various shops etc. The rooms were nice and clean! The hotel is very central and near to old quarter.

评价： We've had restful sleeps here. Although the place is near the busy streets, it was quiet throughout our stay. Hotel staff are also nice.

优点： Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet, close to the old town. The room is furnished with everything you might need.

评价： The room is just right, clean, tidy, cleaned daily, with plenty of free food and drinks, hot water is adequate. The support is enthusiastic, and there is affordable laundry service. The only downside is that the room is not soundproof, so you can hear conversations from the next room clearly.

优点： The two owners of the hotel were so generous and kind!! They were welcoming and a lovely presence around the hotel. Every morning they were so friendly!! And I will 10000% stay here again when I come back to Hanoi. Great hot water, great wifi, great people!

评价： I read some comments before that were quite negative, but when I checked in, everything was fine. The room was decent, clean, and had full furnishings. Free food and drinks, daily room cleaning, and attentive service. If anything is lacking, just inform the staff and it will be addressed right away. The wifi was a bit weak at times.

评价： It is worth to pay for the room but WiFi is not good. A lot of noodle shop near around and Circle K also near hotel.

优点： The Place are clean , in a conveniet center of Hanoi. The owner and the staff very friendly and help . I’ll be back again to see them if I’m in Ha Nội thank Tryst Hotel

评价： Okay location. Room is not clean, and bathroom sink faucet is broken.
