评价： We loved everything however the best thing is their receptionist/Manager Mr. Lam was very helpful - he helped us in all aspects and made our stay super comfortable

优点： It is literally next to the HCMC airport. There are restaurants nearby that opens until 10pm.
缺点：
Hotel room was very dirty. Toilet floor has mold, walls have leaks and mold. The floor in the room has bubble gum stuck.
Pillows had dried blood or something stained, and has smell. Staff at lobby also charged me in cash because he said payment didn’t go through, even though I said my booking was already paid for via OYO via Booking.com, so I ended up having paid twice for my booking.
OYO is also not reliable as they only send automated messages so they could not help verify payment.

Nice staff, location and facilities..

评价： They made us pay extra for a another day even tho we were leaving the next day and they told us we could pay at the counter and that we had to book online they took my number and email and shortly after someone had logged into my Facebook and logged me out of my own acc and then when I booked online and paid for it the receptionist told us we hadn’t paid and booked and demanded that we pay again and they also sent us an email after we paid that the booking wasn’t confirmed

First of all, the one night manager was great. He was lovely - no problems with him.
If you are the owner of this hotel you should not be renting out family rooms full of mould and dirty bed sheets.
It is necessary to block off any rooms contaminated with large black mould spots. These need to be renovated as soon as possible.
