评价： It was a great stay at your hotel in hanoi. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of varieties. Your restaurant couldn’t deliver to our expectations and was very pricey. Staff was very good and services was great. Overall good hotel and worth.

优点： Staffs speak English and are very helpful, breakfast was excellent, probably the best Pho I have tried in all the places I’ve been.

评价： When customers are in trouble and need hotel to help or treat you better it shows level of customer service a hotel has.nNovotel suits failed to it. After being long time customer I am very disappointed. Booking 5 nights with them I had to cancel travel because of unexpected circumstances I requested to cancel or give credit to use in future but they denied it.

评价： Ideal for Family traveller's....each suite has 2 rooms, kitchenette...and 2 baths.

优点： Food is good and staff behaviour is excellent. The are attenive and try for their level best.

优点： Staffs are friendly. Location is good for visiting My Dinh National Stadium. There are good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room and breakfast are both okay.
