评价： Most amazing place I have ever stayed. Incredible location, food, amenities and staff. It was bliss!

优点： The staff is excellent. The hotel manager Alejandro and his team make sure you feel taken care of in all aspects. Everyone is very gracious and helpful. The river pavillion is nice and large and very well thought out. The landscaping is wonderful.

评价： Loved our stay, extremely tranquil setting and attentive service. The staff always reconfirmed with my husband that there was no shrimp contamination on his meals due to his allergy which was very reassuring. Great peaceful surrounds you can explore by bike. Gorgeous property!

评价： Love it. Love it. Love it.nLove the ambiance, the food, the pool, the room itself, etc. its a great place if you're looking for a peaceful treat (since its far from the city center and club). nCons: the traffic from airport was bad. Took me almost 5 hrs :(

评价： Beautiful hotel, facilities are great and the staff are their best asset, nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is of a high standard and prices fair for the quality of hotel. The only negative is badly behaved children shouting and causing mayhem in the pool spoiling the ambience. This is my only reason that I would not return. It’s a shame that the hotel looses repeat business due to parents not teaching their children manners and respect for others.

评价： My best resort experience in Southeast Asia by far. Everything from the service to ambience to facilities was top notch. Even the guest crowd was very chill and mature with no noisy trashy types like in other parts of Bali.

评价： It was our second visit to this unique property and like the last stay , i chose the canopy suite again. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and they were wonderful and attentive as always. This time we had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and I must say the quality of food has improved greatly. Overall a wonderful stay

评价： We have stayed here for 2nights. I have joined a sunset horse riding (with extra fee payment) and a meditation in the morning. I enjoyed it so much with the whole environment (beach & waterfall), also a satisfied breakfast and gym facilities which makes me wants to stay here for one more extra night.nJust one thing that the location of the hotel is a bit far from anything (basically just like a middle of nowhere) if you are looking for something to walk around or eat outside, other than that is great!
