Điểm cộng: Location is great since it is near Sunset Town. Besides, there are several restaurants nearby. Pharmacy and corner shop are just on the way to the guest house. Big bathroom and comfortable bed. The owner is very friendly and helpful to support us on tour/restaurant recommendations, loading luggages and dealing with taxi driver. Actually, the drivers were considering to take us or not since we were 6 ppl with big luggages. Thanks to the owner for dealing it.

Điểm cộng: hosts are nice and helpful. the place is clean and my room was spacious. its close to the khem beach, which was my favorite place.

Điểm cộng: We liked everything. South side close to Sunset town. Khem beach. Nice host. Able to rent motorbike from him. nHe can arrange tickets for activity. ( Cable car, Safari, Vinwonders etc.) You able to wash your clothes. There is shared kitchen also.

Điểm cộng: I had last minute booking, booking upon arrival to Phu Quoc airport. I had the confirmed reservation in other place but the owner informed me that they don’t have rooms in their property too late. Booking on Phu Quoc is a challenge, I faced the problem that most of the rooms are not guaranteed and owners don’t reply messages and calls. I was in such a despair that I was ready to skip this destination and continue my journey without exploring Phu Quoc island. So I would like to underline that this owner replied immediately, he provided late check in and welcomed me with hot Vietnamese tea. He is very welcoming and hospitable gentleman, it was pure pleasure to communicate with him, no language barrier however speaking different languages, he was ready to help in any question. nThere is a kitchen to cook and full time access to drinkable hot water in the house, free stable wifi. The closest beach, Khem Beach, is in 25-30 minutes by walk, Sao Beach is in 60 minutes by walk. Most of the guests use taxi or scooter to get there because walking area isn’t nice. If you are annon smoker it’s better to take the room on upper floors it’s smoking area on the first floor, no hot water for showering in the place.
