评价： I spent 3 night in the homestay and really enjoyed my time there. The location, 10 mins away from the city, in the rice fields is ideal, the swimming pool very enjoyable after a hot day in Hoi An. The best was one of the most confortable I've ever slept in and the room was spacious and clean, with a fridge. The staff was lovely and the breakfast really nice. I would highly recommend this homestay in Hoi An!

优点： The wonderful hostess of this homestay is ready to help with everything. Very comfortable bed with good linen, teapot, beautiful tea set, minibar at store prices..there are even disposable slippers in the room, which I encounter in Vietnam for the first time.. Gorgeous location with a view of rice fields, palm trees, breakfast also with a view of them and at the same time the main road is nearby..The center is 3 km away, you can rent a bike or use Grab.. The room has a comfortable, soft chair, many decorative elements..

评价： Was recommended here by a friend and did not disappoint, abit of the beaten track but can rent bikes and motorbikes , we rented bicycles and took about 10 minutes into town.
It is in a quiet area looking out onto the rice fields during breakfast , fresh breakfast with a lovely view of the lake and fields. One of our best rooms we stayed in Vietnam so large and comfy bed. Two sisters who run it are so friendly and helpful such a gorgeous place :)

优点： The whole place and area is super relaxing and the views to the rice fields and tropical plants is amazing. It is completely quiet from car noises etc.

The room is clean and really good looking, it is beautiful views out the windows on both sides of the room + a balcony which is also fully private! The woman that welcomed me was enthusiastic and very friendly! Pool is clean and nice, I saw them clean it regularly. Breakfast is good, and you get an additional plate with fresh fruits!

评价： Clean, tidy, friendly, far a way from ancient town 4km but its not the problem

优点： Our host was super helpful and friendly, and she made beautiful clothes for my daughter. We were upgraded to a room with a better view, which was stunning. There is a deck, which has an honesty-system fridge with beers and cold drinks, overlooking the rice paddies. Unfortunately it rained and was cold, so we couldn't make use of the pool, but the pool looked great! We liked that the location was outside of town, but it meant that there was not much within walking distance. The host can, however, assist with bike rental if needed. We just used Grab. We went for massages within walking distance - highly recommended! Overall a great stay in a beautiful setting. We will stay there again if we ever return to Hoi An.

评价： Beautiful accommodation, directly in the nature. Nice pool to have fun in. Very nice hosts who take care of the guests. It's just a little off the beaten track, about 45min walk to the city centre.

优点： This was our best stay in over 2 months of travelling. The owner and staff are the kindest people, extremely generous and overall the most friendly people we have ever met. Lovely and green space by the pool to chill and watch kingfishers flying over the rice fields, and the breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely and makes you want to spend your time at the homestay rather than in the busy city!
Grab was about 40k into the center of Hoi An but you can also cycle or walk along the river which doesn’t take too long. If you stay at the homestay you have to get some tailored clothes made inhouse. I showed a photo of the design I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Again, the owner was so talented and friendly, it was so easy to have fittings as we were staying in the same building. Would highly highly recommend, would give more stars if I could.

评价： I was in Hoi An while working freelance and stayed at New Sunshine for a week. It’s located in a quiet area, only a short ride to both the old town and the beach. Huong and her family were very helpful and hospitable. A great place to stay, relax and live like a local.

优点： We loved everything about this homestay, so much so that we extended by one night. It felt like a home away from home for us and we were sad to leave. We had clothes tailored, transfers booked and were always greeted with a smile from the wonderful hosts - nothing was too much hassle. They even cooked and hosted a lunch for all guests to celebrate the new year. It’s outside of the old town but you can get there easily by bikes or a grab taxi and we preferred being somewhere quieter.

评价： This was my first experience at a homestay and it was the best experience possible! The owner was so so sweet and always greeted me by name and made sure everything was okay. She helped organise my cooking tour and let me use her bike for free for the 3 days I was there. She also called the airline for me when my flight was delayed causing stress for me. So so helpful and lovely.

The place itself was clean, large, open and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The pool was an added bonus and right by the river which was very tranquil and relaxing. The price is very cheap for what you're getting!

It was about a 10min bike ride away from the main town area which was actually nice to get away from the noise.

I would recommend this place to everyone!

优点： The room was beautiful, so spacious, we were upgraded, balcony overlooking the rice fields and the swimming pool. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Staff were so nice and helpful. Houng is such a nice person, she also makes clothes, I got 2 beautiful dresses made. Would highly recommend.
You can hire mopeds and bicycles from here too. Other tours can be organised also.

评价： The room and pool were really clean, the whole property quite new and well taken care of. Great location outside of Hoi An, half way to the beach, between rice fields and palm trees. They have lots of bicycles that you can use for free. It's about 10 minutes to town. Peaceful and beautiful. Very helpful and kind staff. They really make an effort to help, the owner helped me book train tickets online for free! It's a homestay built by a family that lives on the property too. Good neighbourhood where you can still experience a bit of village life! Can totally recommend for families, we loved it!

优点： Very polite staff, clean, comfortable and away from noise. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, probably the most comfortable beds I stayed on during my trip in Vietnam

评价： They were so helpful, smiling, and kind. Very convenient as I had to stay in the room for one more night. No problem, they made it happen some way although the place was fully booked. I'm so happy I booked at this place :)

优点： Beautiful place with a lovely staff. The owner was super helpful. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was okay with a nice view. You can rent a motorbike right there next to the hostel which makes it really easy to move around.

评价： We had such an amazing time at New Sunshine Homestay. The location is a little further out of town but worth it. It's quiet and peaceful yet close enough to bike to all the attractions ,markets and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this homestay to anyone who is looking to relax! Staff were also helpful and very friendly. We hope to return soon.

优点： Everything was amazing. Huong is a fantastic host (and Cute is a great Vietnamese teacher!) and I had a free upgrade of the top room overlooking the pool. I used the tailoring services (excellent) and hired a bicycle for the 3 nights I was there. Honestly did not want to leave. For the price, this is an incredible deal. It's very peaceful here, so if you are looking for something quiet away from the Old Town, this is perfect.

评价： Nice home stay, not a bad price, good location. The family are nice. But do not buy anything from them, they over charge you a lot! Especially train tickets we paid 26 dollars for 2 tickets to find out once at train station are tickets only cost 2 dollars each, which we could have purchased at the station, when we were told we couldn't by the homestay. If you don't buy anything from them, I'd recommend staying here.

优点： This is simply the best place I've stayed in Vietnam.
Hoi An is a magnificent city but staying in the middle of it can be tiring, escaping the hustle in the calm of New Sunshine was perfect.
They offer scooter and bicycles renting for cheap, they can keep your bags after check out, they can order buses and tours for you.
Amazing view on the pool, outdoor kitchen and rice fields from the balcony, on which you can smell the delicious food cooked by Cute the receptionist/cook/guide/friend we made.
She and Flower (the owner) really will go out of their way to make your experience perfect.
In addition to that Flower can make custom made clothes for you, we had her make 5 pieces of clothing and she did it in only 2 days !
I wish we had stayed longer but now I know we have a place to return to when we'll come back in Hoi An.
