优点： The location was great for everyone we wanted to do! The room was very spacious, and we felt safe in the hotel and the area.

缺点： The bathroom wasn’t in great condition, and the showerhead was broken. The breakfast was not as advertised in the description and the photos. Overall, the room was clean, but there was some hair on the bedding, we were unsure of where it came from.

缺点： It was terrible.
The room was full of ants and termites and it was a normal thing for the staff there
The shower in the room did not stay steady and the water spread everywhere

The breakfast items ran out very early and charging was not done after 8:30
The hotel staff did not know English and did not do anything to help us solve the problem of transportation to the ford.

Buffet breakfast with a good choice.

评价： I was moved to another hotel around the corner as they said over booked but I have seen this on many reviews in saying that the hotel I was moved to Ruby star was good a basic choose of 3 items for breakfast but the standout for me was the girl at the front desk she went out of her way to help me with everything and her english is good she is a real asset to the hotel I would gladly stay here again

评价： Nice hotel with breakfast. Rooms are clean. First day had some issue with no water they repaired the pump and we had water. The staff don't speak English unless using Google translate. Stay was good. Food for breakfast was good.

优点： Great breakfast with many options. Good location with access to restaurants, cafes, etc. Nice bedroom and shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

评价： If you book with them directly, the price is way low. Not sure what kind of cut Agoda takes, which makes the price so high. But overall it's a nice hotel, you can walt to beach if you want. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Oh! there buffet is not that good.

优点： Breakfast is ok, there's this old-brothel charm to the place.

缺点： Some small insects, but there was a gecko 🦎 to save the day. Showers bad, beds rock hard and no daily cleaning. One receptionist extremely nice and helpful, others detached from the situation and speak no english.
