评价： The best hotel in BAC LIEU, beautiful view, has a swimming pool, very charming reception, and the security guard is very enthusiastic.

评价： The staff is enthusiastic, and the parking lot is comfortable. There's nothing to complain about.

评价： My room had toilet plugged up from the first minute we walked in to the room in late evening and we had to deal with it overnight. The staff said she had to pump that toilet every time new guest check in. We requested to change to other room but she pumped it clear.
We prefer the hotel with a safe box when we travel for our passport and value items but New Palace don’t have one. Otherwise it’s good location and large room.
