评价： We went in CNY weeks, the early part as it suited our schedule. The hotel was quiet at the start of the trip and become increasingly busy. Able to take breakfast everyday, and book dinner as needed.

Great trip to Naman retreat. Facilities were excellent and the staff superb.

Min was super helpful, arranged day trips and helped with recommendations to local restaurants and tailors in Hoi An.

Location and beach is awesome. Restaurants were great quality.

Highly recommend.

优点： The staff were phenomenal. Honestly, I think western countries could learn a thing or two from Vietnamese hospitality! They made us feel so welcome and went well beyond our expectations in making sure we were taken care of. The facilities are amazing. Walking around the property allows you to absorb nature and experience a true slice of paradise. It was so relaxing!

优点： Despite the bad weather who didn't allow us to enjoy the external activities of the hotel, like the pool and the sun beds, we had a wonderful time there. All the stuff was sweet and ready to help. A big thank you to Katie, our "ambassador" and took care of everything we needed. She was amazing! Thank you!

优点： While the resort itself is absolutely stunning, my experience with Deven, the yoga master, truly stood out. His meditation and yoga sessions were nothing short of fantastic—deeply calming and expertly guided. I only wish we had someone with his incredible skills back in Australia. A transformative experience that added so much to my stay!

优点： Great villa, good for families. Staff very nice and helpful. So thankful for our ambassador Everlyn that did a great job and was so helpful. Restaurant was good and B club great, swimming pool area is so nice and we enjoyed our massages.
They offer a shuttle bus to Da Nang in the morning and Hoi An in the afternoon.

评价： Great resort for couples or families. We had a villa with private pool and the accommodation was fantastic. Really fantastic layout and really private. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and caters to everyone. Text messaging service from the hotel hosts is really good as well. Would definitely recommend.

优点： The Naman is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are amazing - gym, pool, salon. The cocktails are delicious with happy hour by the pool everyday. The staff are really helpful. They organise a free bus into town twice each day. Airport collection was so seamless. The BBQ buffet party was great fun with live music and a good selection of foods.

优点： Beautiful grounds. Happy hour by the pool. Places to rest and relax. 3 bedroom apartment was a winner for our big family. Beach was kept clean by resort staff.

评价： We had a very nice family vacation in Vietnam at Naman, the staff were very enthusiastic (Especially Min), the place felt very comfortable and there were lots of bamboo trees

评价： Before we arrived at the hotel, days prior I had been trying to email the resort but was not given a reply even once.

Upon our arrival, we had booked a king bed room. We infact got two beds pushed together to make a king bed.

Whenever we would call the reception or front desk, not one time was our phone answered.

Whenever we wanted to make bookings for anything, we were always told that they were fully booked and had no space. Or they would simply forget to even place our bookings.

When our room was asked to be cleaned, the bed sheets were not changed. The rubbish from all around the apartment was not cleaned or picked up. The only thing that was done, was replacing towels and fixing the same blanket on the bed.

When we asked to speak to the manager at the end. They said not even one was available? It was 9am on a Tuesday? How could not one person be in charge?

We were given a compensation of 500,000k Vietnam. But we would have rather had a better experience than be given this joke amount of a money.

Will not be returning.

The villa is spacious and we all enjoyed both the private pool and the infinity pool a lot!!!
Also, the spa and breakfast included in my package also remarkable to us! I’d recommend my family to visit this villa again in future!💪🏻👍🏻

优点： It has a real holiday feel to the resort: lovely white sand beach with parasols and comfortable lounges (but not too crowded), palm trees everywhere, 3 swimming pools, amazing buffet breakfast, great service (love the buggy’s!) and delicious food!
