From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The bellboy was particularly helpful, assisting with my luggage and providing useful tips about the area. The security team also contributed to a sense of safety and comfort during my visit.

The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team who ensured that my room was spotless and comfortable. Their dedication did not go unnoticed.

优点： The staff members we interacted with were all incredibly hospitable, and we received such wonderful and heartfelt service. We had a very comfortable two-day stay. They even prepared a surprise cake for a birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I believe her name was Sophie(sorry if I am wrong)—she was especially attentive and considerate. I truly appreciate everything she did for us.
