评价： The facilities are quite old, but in return, the room is clean and tidy, with clean bedding that has no odor. However, they do not provide drinking water and there is no hairdryer, which is quite inconvenient.

优点： We needed somewhere to stay just for the afternoon as we were catching a late night train and a standard room here was cheap and convenient for the train station. The room was basic and had no windows but it was clean and relatively comfortable with a decent bed, TV, fridge and effective air con. The bathroom had a decent shower and toiletries were provided. The staff here are very friendly and we chatted with the young man on reception with the aid of Translate as we waited for our taxi to the station.

优点： Located on a very interesting street, near lots of great things. The owner is super friendly, and introduced me to her many cats - be sure to check out the little patio on the top floor.

评价： The Minh Chau is a very special local neighborhood hotel. Like a fine wine, this little hotel and it's surrounding neighborhood gets better with age.

优点： The friendly and ever helpful staff and owner. Felt like you were home with a hall bedroom and bathroom the size of a bedroom.

优点： I couldn't be more happy or satisfied, or both, with my stay at this hotel! Good location, it's just a walk (keep in mind, there's no pedestrian space in this area) from the Saigon Railways Station, this street has places where to eat or buy groceries, also a good idea to grab a Grab bike/cat taxi and reach the city's downtown without any major obstacle. I want to thank Ms Phu personally for her exceptional and humane hospitality attitude & good vibes and shared positivity readiness to give a hint/advice/a tip on where to go and what to do around the city. You're a very nice lady, and I'm glad we met. Honored. Looking forward to coming to Saigon sometime next :) P. S. The room I stayed in is located on the very top of the building, there's a very beautiful garden, and five cats living - amazing it just felt at home, very peaceful and calm. Sometimes it was hard to believe I actually was in Saigon at the same time (hustle and bustle city altogether with its zillions of bikes haha). The rooms were new, the facilities were new, and it was very clean.

优点： I am on a business trip to Vietnam. I work near this hotel. The receptionist is very helpful and the room servicemen are very friendly.nnThey also have a nice terrace.

评价： The hotel is dated but decent enough for a night stay. It depends on the type of traveler. I wouldnt say that I don't recommend as it really depends on the traveler. The AC is cold and the water pressure is ok. It has allnthe basic things you need. As for the location, it is near many local cafes, convenient stores as well as laundry shops. It'a quite convenient. If you want a cheaper stay that offers the basic , though the place is quite old, I will not discourage you to stay at this hotel.

优点： Like staying at homennI chose this hotel because I saw many good reviews of it by expats. I quite like it because its architecture looks modern. There are lots of plants and trees as well as swing chairs. Only here can you experience such an interesting atmosphere. My room is quite comfortable. Hotel staffs are very nice and polite. The location is very good because there are many steet foods stools near the hotel. It is also close to Vietnamese traditional medicine museum.

评价： The room is big but services isn't good. Doesn't have shampoo or body wash. Doesn't have water bottles in the rooms. Weird how we have to return the keys when leave the hotel.

优点： the property location was exceptionally convenient around the city. the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly in accommodating what I needed. It has hot water continuously so that was a plus. The room was clean with air conditioner and has water electric heater.
