评价： Nice place and good food also
优点： The location is good
缺点： The receptionist is not nice. When I see them, I’m the one who give greetings. The room was not clean and there was cockroach in the room. When we called the hotel staff, they clean the room again for 2 times. I also had to give them information about the dirty mirror in the room (there was fingerprint) and in the toilet, and sink.
评价： Clean, good location with lots of facilities
优点： Despite booking for 2 adults + 2 kids, with breakfast included, property made us pay for the kids. Management didn't bother to answer our request to discuss / explanations
评价： Good stay!
优点： Property location, behaviour of staff, food quality etc was excellent
缺点： House keeping staff come in morning and ask for laundry/ room clean etc felt bit disturbing.nThere was no mirror in dressing area or in the room.
评价： Good hotel with good location
优点： Location next to shopping mall and restaurant
缺点： Waiting time for room readyness after checkin take too long even they know out arrival tine at 15:00
缺点： I book 2 rooms for maximum 4 people. I paid the amount for 2 people for each room. But at the breakfast they only allowed 1 people each room to enter the restaurant.
评价： Friendly staff. Convenient location. Great breakfast food
优点： Great location with very welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Samarinda.
缺点： The sky house service was so slow.
评价： Tempat yg aman , dekat area shopping complex. Senang cari tempat makan dan selamat untuk bawa anak2 holiday. Service nya bagus dan peramah. Kawasannya bersih dan kemudahan yg bagus.
优点： Breakfast was very good, many, many choices. Dinner was exceptional. We met the Manager, who sat and chatted with us for a while. Very nice fellow who also invited a member of the staff to join us and talk about our travel plans to her home town...
评价： goods
优点： nice design, spacious room, friendly staff.
缺点： they didn’t maintain the furniture, bathroom well. the carpet is dirty. I found the bathroom has mold here and there, the water cannot drain properly and there’s a small flood in the bathroom whenever we took a bath. the bathroom door also has mold.. it seems it has been there for a long time.
优点： very clean and proper
缺点： nothing
优点： breakfast its oke, more choice, maybe the hotel can make tradisional food. Location is the central of city, near other place and others resto. price of food from hotel , I think expensive. I have room, suitable with our request. thank you mercure
