评价： OK
优点： Hotel staffs, Location, wifi are perfect
缺点：
There are no Electrical sockets near beds in my room. Difficult to charge phone when you are in beds.
The breakfast is not what expected but it’s OK with pricing.
The hotel quite old.
优点： Location is great, it's convenient for my family. My rooms is close to each other.
缺点： The room isn't clean, it smells awful. Lighting in the room isn't good enough. Smoke in elevator, what a standard :(
评价： very good location , walkable distance to the border. Unfortunately the nearby mongcai shops have been closing down which affect the hotel. The hotel staff told me customers have been staying at the China side instead
评价： The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the revolving restaurant on the 24th floor is also very beautiful, but it was a bit empty since I visited during the Tet holiday.
评价： Room OK, Food OK but needs more variety of protein menu, Staff OK but needs improvement in English for receptionist, and Parking facilities OK.
评价： Đồ ăn khá ngon, phòng ốc sạch đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình
评价： The staff is nice but when we arrived there was no one at drop-off area. We need to come inside to ask for parking place. Need to arrange one guy at drop-off area to assist guest
评价： The hotel is in a very good location for tourism. However, it is a bit old and not well maintained, so the exterior appears to be 3 stars. The price is reasonable, but the service staff is poor. 1 star. The accommodations and services are more reasonably rated at 3 stars. Overall, the hotel is only reasonably rated at 3 stars. People should stay here because it fits the price and location.
