优点： the apartment was spacious, clean, the cleaning service was excellent, the staff was nice, transportation to breakfast (since they were not close to the accommodation) was provided

评价： We were arranged with a room on ground floor and it was so good because we could directly walk to the swimming pool from our balcony door

优点： The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It felt like we were living in a hotel. I recommended my family & friends who are looking for a hotel ambience room but for a family comfortable. Was above my expectation. They have smart TV, so we could watch YouTube / Netflix!...that a big plus point from us.

The staff was responsive & friendly & they make an effort to make your stay comfortable.

Not to forget, their vegetarian food served in their restaurant is tasty! I'm amazed

There isn't any eatery or spa outside the hotel. We always took Grab to town. Not to worry..grab drivers are just waiting outside, and 2 mins they are at the lobby. It's only about 10-15 mins drive.

The apartment/ residence is not literally beachfront. You need to walk about 10 mins to the beach front. It's within the ocean villa gates & guarded area. Sadly, we went during the monsoon season, and the beach was off-limits.

The pool is big & clean. Well maintained.

All in all... my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

评价： Check in experience was terrible. It's a gated villa complex and we did not know where to go as there are multiple venues run by different management companies. We had to go from reception to reception to find our room. In the end we needed to call the reception and they came and found us and let us into our room.

Room B107 at some stage had been flooded and there was a horrible damp mould smell. Luckily they had another room we could change to the following morning.

The site and facilities are ok. Our room is large.

优点： The reception and rooms are very nicely decorated in a mix of Bali and Japanese style. It is extremly clean and everything is well maintained. The best however is the food. You need to book with breakfast, as this is extraordinary. We also had dinner, which was the best food we had for years.

评价： The staff are very nice and efficient. The place is just perfect for us. Between Hoi An and DaNang. Taxi or Grab is not that expensive so we can stay at the same place for 3 nights. I will come back definitely. I love to stay in a calm place and far from people.

优点： The experience was great since check in. The management was very accommodating and answered to all our questions and requests within a day. Th room service crew is friendly and attentive. Room size is just right for our group. AC is cold. Shower is hot. The small and practical kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we didn't feel like eating out or waiting for delivery.

优点： The staff, especially Ngoc Tu, were excellent and committed to making my stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment room was very comfortable and the decor pleasing to the eye.

评价： Beautiful view with the private beach. The resort is between the city center and Hoi An ancient town. We got a great experience here, however, service and staff should be more available and supportive.

优点： Far from the city, which we love so we can stay away from the noise. The mood and tone of the place definitely gave us a feeling of Zen and get rids of all the dirt of life. It's even like a place of meditation. It has a very distinct concept, staffs are super friendly and well-trained, professional. We're completely pleased with our stay.
