评价： Unfortunately this M Village was not a good fit for us. The balcony overlooked the coffee shops court yard which was very busy so there was no privacy at all and at night it seemed like it turned into a bar. We witnessed many young adults drinking beer right in front of the cafe and in the court yard . The young adults in front became very loud and made it difficult to sleep . The next morning I brought it to the attention of the staff and they said it was a new bar that opened up near by. Hmmmmmm. But they came through and moved us to a different M Villiage location close by which was a lot quieter. In the end it all worked out. We absolutely loved the new location. Thank you M Village. This was great customer service.

1. Peaceful location. You can get a grab bike/car easily.
2. Clean.
3. Comfy bed.
4. Fridge, Microwave and Kettle in the room.
5. Great coffee shop adjoining the hotel with a cozy indoor & outdoor sitting area.
6. Free Laundry (a big plus point).
* Amazing staff (the most helpful people I have seen in the entire world till now).

Cons:
1. Only one floor so no elevator, but the staff help carry your luggage to the room and back.
2. No locker in the room (a huge miss).
3. Bathroom is very small, but the shower is very good with hot water available all day long.

优点： M village Tu Xuong is the best lodging in HCMC for me. It’s was like staying in a vintage villa 🧚🏼‍♂️
There is a super cool cafe shop next door with a beautiful garden🌿 ( has drinks discounts for M village’s guests)
Their room is chic and clean🫴🏻 ( just few rooms for this house)
Quiet location but easy to walk to the central area 👏🏻👏🏻
Nice staffs ( young boys and girls)💕🫶🏻
The price is cheap compared to the location.

优点： Exceptionally friendly staff, I accidentally booked a room for the next day and a man Hanh responded instantly and came to help even though it was late evening. The room was clean, modern, had a high ceiling so it felt spacious, the window overlooked the local garden, it was very quiet at night.

评价： I stayed in other Mvillage many times but it was the first time I stayed in this accommodations. There was a construction site closeby so it was quite noisy until 1AM. I arrived late when I checked in so I couldnt change the hotel and had to stay there for my first night. The hotel staff was nice and arranged to change me to another Mvillage the next day. They were ok for me go check out late. I paid a bit more since the new room was bigger and more expensive but it was fair.

Other than this incident, everything was fine. The room was clean. The location was great. The street wasnt too big but ok for grab car to get in.

优点： Fantastic stay - we had a great, spacious room which was really calming and relaxing to be in. Super comfy beds and I liked that the linen and towels were much nicer than the typical white hotel ones. Loved waking up to the leafy view. Staff were very welcoming and check in and luggage storage very handy. It was also great to have a fridge!

评价： Had a very pleasant 1 night stay on 11 dec and checked out on 12 dec. The place was clean and well taken care of. I would like to give my appreciation to the 2 female staff who assisted me to bring my luggage out to the taxi on a rainy day. Although i didnt get their names but it was a lovely gesture. Thank you so much

优点： Walking distance to city centre. Quite quiet neighbourhood. Excelent beds firm and stabilised. Spacious shower. Friendly staff. The laundry!

评价： We really like this hotel, the bedroom is clean, quiet, very convenient to go to the center, we come here every time. And especially in this Hotel, there is a very convenient laundry and drying. The staff here is very polite and enthusiastic, always helpful, We will come back every time we go to Saigon and I also think you should stay at this Hotel.

优点： Quiet nook hidden in district 3 of Ho Chi Minh.

The cafe next door with immaculate staff, drinks and food.

评价： Quiet, bright studio though located at a busy corner of district 3. Affordable but well equipped. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend!

评价： I had a wonderful stay at M Village Tú Xương. The staff, Giang and friends were professional & friendly, but please note we may not see them at the reception desk all the time so it's better to keep their WhatsApp especially when you are about to check-in or check-out. Good soundproofing, no noise, sleep well. "Every Half" coffee shop is on site the hotel, crafting a very good coffee ground was recommended by the hotel staff and indeed it's recommended!

Overall it was a lovely stay!
