露奈克斯玛尼斯别墅 (Luxe Manis Villas)

优点： The Villa is brand new, well built, and very beautifully appointed. It’s in the wonderful Manis rice fields. There’s an elevated walkway from the Sweet Orange Walk Trail, that takes you to this gorgeous, gated villa. The views, sounds, and smells will stay with you after you leave. We were in Bali for 5 weeks, staying at nice villas along the way. This was, by far, our favorite stay. It’s a very, very special property.
Sweet Orange Warung prepared our beautiful, and delicious breakfasts, daily, with great selections. That, in itself, was a treat beyond measure. Coupon vouchers are given for your mornings. You can get your breakfast all day. It’s a short, beautiful walk to the warung.
Getting to town by foot is a mapped walk that drops you onto the main drag, directly across from Midas Spa. We suggest you take a couple pictures of the landmarks as you suddenly emerge onto the busy street.
The Rice Field Walk Trail is being upgraded to include cement slabs that we were lucky enough to get in on! You design your slab, and the artist, Made, completes it, and will WhatsApp a picture of it, for a 400k Rupia donation to the construction costs. Pretty special.
Important to know prior to booking:
Cars and taxis cannot get to the property. You can park or get dropped off at Ubud Central Park on Suweta, and they come to get you by scooter. It was very easy, but my husband and I only had 1 carryon size roller bags and 1 backpack, each. I had a total knee replacement in October, and was totally fine walking the trails. It is a very popular, heavily walked trail, but you turn off the trail toward the villa, knowing people are wondering, “Wow! Do they live THERE?”
The pool is the perfect temp to enjoy, private, and just beautiful.
Dede, the property manager, was always close by to answer any and all questions, and help with scooter rental, or give rides. We only needed a ride as we were leaving.
