优点： Fair price, my booking had breakfast included. If your doing the Ha Giang loop with Bibi’s I highly recommend staying here as it’s right beside the Kiki house where the tour starts. I could also highly recommend Bibi’s for the tour as smaller groups and all very friendly guides. My room had no issues, working A/C etc. I would stay here again.

优点： Arrived very early and they let me have the room ahead of check in which was great to get sleep after long bus ride. Thanks. exceptional views from corner room. Quiet.

Staff didn't speak or understand English.
I got some very bad stomach issues after eating here.
优点： We stay two nights at Long Hotel and motorbike rental enroute to explore the Ha Giang Loop. The corner room on the third floor offers a very nice view of the mountains and neighborhood. The staff is friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well.
缺点： NA

缺点： Lack of privacy in the bathroom. Light from hallway light coming through the window in the wall of our room.
优点：
- The Wi-Fi worked OK
- Room had a nice view of the mountains and moon
- They offer laundry service
缺点：
- The photos on Booking.com show people eating dinner, but when I asked about dinner I was told that the father of the employees wasn't there, so no dinner was available.
- The mattress was a bit stiff for me.
- I was also told that I could ask the desk clerk's brother in the morning (6 am) to make breakfast before getting on the bus back to Hanoi. I was the only guest staying there, so when I came down in the morning to check out there was no one there. They even ended up locking me in (until I unlocked the doors). So, I paid full price for a room but didn't get breakfast that is supposed to be included!
优点： Great view! Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast is also very delicious 😋
优点： Good value, good location for Hi Giang Loop
缺点： Looks better in the photo!
