优点： The pool.
缺点： The room is extremely dark. The water from the tap for the wash basin is too hot. It was not possible to use only cold water.

优点： Location, staff, cleaness, breakfast.

优点： I like the staff. They were very kind people and really helpful specially Aola. They took care of my special occasion and decorated my room very well abd send me special cake 🎂
缺点： The property little be old
评价： Damp carpets, original room my bathtub cant release the water, aircond was not cold at all, changed room to a better one next door, went to the massage but had worse bodyache after that, just not the hotel for me
优点： Old historical building, very helpful staff, very convenient location
缺点： I have to went down the stairs with luggage

缺点： The mattress smelt like piss, even after changing the sheets, so we moved to another room. The new room had swimming pool view, and every morning they put loud speaker on to entertain kids. Mirrors and walls were dirty, no way this is a 4-star hotel as advertised.

优点： I chose the hotel mainly for the location and I was very happy with the facility in general. Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The value was very good as well.
缺点： I would not call it dirty but more well worn. It's fairly well maintained but in a few spots you can see paint peeling off the wall or cobwebs that haven't been cleaned in a long time. The AC struggles to keep the humidity down much less cool the place.
评价： MasyaAllah Tabarakallah, terimakasih dpt free upgrade ke tipe suite. Untuk kebersihan dan fasilitas baik sekali. Kolam renang anak2 jg ada perosotannya, ada badut yang menghibur sabtu jam 9 pagi di kolam renang. Untuk malamnya ada angkringan di pelataran hotel syahdu sekali. Namun unt rasa masakan ketika sarapan punten agak kurang. Gorengan dingin, nasi goreng anyep, spaghettinya ga berasa, yang lumayan hanya omelette dan takoyaki. Mohon ditingkatkan, terimakasih
优点： Good location, spacious room even though old décor ambience. Staff are helpful and courteous.

优点： I really like a variety of foods for breakfast. The foods I like the most are yogurt, traditional foods, etc.
评价： Langganan menginap di hotel ini sejak nama masih Radisson, Prime Plaza dan skrg Loman, hotelnya nyaman meskipun sdh tua, fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, breakfastnya jg byk pilihan meskipun stlh lama menginap jd agak bosan dgn menunya (kali ini menginap dari 2 Apr-6 Apr), pegawainya ramah...selalu senang menginap dsni...mengingat hotelnya sdh cukup tua jd saran saja ada baiknya karpet dignti

缺点： A child played in the swimming pool unsupervised for about an hour...

优点： everything is perfect, the ambience, the friendly and smiling staffs, the food (esp. tengkleng), the cleanliness, the accessibility etc.
缺点： when asking for a queen/king size bed, 2 single beds were joined, possibly in my case that all such rooms were not available. Not a big deal though !
