评价： The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They helped with tour plans and travel to the airport. Other guests were pleasant and friendly. I especially enjoyed the gardens and friendly guests.

优点： Such a beautiful homestay! It’s right in the center of the city but hidden in a smaller aisle/area so it feels very peaceful. Lots of palm trees and plants and outdoor seating. We also got a free room upgrade because they didn’t have a standard room available, so that was nice. For the price you get excellent value, I wish we could stay there longer.

评价： Stay here! Great location a bit outside of old town but close to other more low key spots. Very nice staff and great room. Price cannot be beat for quality!

优点： The beds are comfortable. One of the softer ones we had in four weeks in Vietnam. The staff is very kind and helpful. There's free filtered water at the reception.

评价： We loved our stay here and would absolutely come back and recommend it to all our friends. Located near a peaceful Buddhist monastery and plenty of lovely restaurants it’s probably a 15 minute walk to the old town (we also stayed in the old town for two nights but preferred the quiet sanctuary of Loc Phat). The staff are so lovely, they have a small restaurant and lots of sweet spots to read a book and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

优点： I love the familiar vibe of the whole homestay. The willigness to help from the owners was absolutely fantastic, and overall such a great experience. The room was fantastics and the beds super super comfortable and clean.

评价： The room (I got an upgrade at my arrival) was wonderful, made me feel like a princess ☺️ Food at the restaurant of the property is also delicious and you can have your meal looking at the cute garden. Linh, the host, is the most kind person ever, helped me organized transfers and tours, all quite with short notice, searching the option that was working better for me. The location is a bit far from the old town but with a grab you can get there in less than 5 min (or 25 min by walking). Quality/price very good deal. I strongly recommend this!

优点： The staffs were all very friendly, helpful and hard working. The room was nice with comfortable facilities, hot water and even mosquito protection up the ceiling.

Location is not too far from the Old Town and the beach. The weather was a little bit cold during my stay but with walking and cycling, it was the perfect to enjoy Hoi An.

Will surely returning and enjoying more conversations with them next time soon.

评价： We had a great time at Loc Phat. It's situated at a convenient location, just a short Grab away from the old town. The host and all the staff are extremely sweet and attentive, and we were very well taken care of. The rooms are nice and cozy with a cool view of the gardens. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

优点： A beautiful property with helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the terrace where we could sit and enjoy a drink. Free drinking water. Good location not far from Hoi An old town, close to shops, restaurants and rice paddies.
