评价： We had such a nice experience at this guest house. The family who runs it was so kind and hospitable. They spent hours sitting and talking with us, sharing stories about our trips and countries (they speak English). It was an unexpected interaction that made our stay memorable. We even got some fruit from them in the morning (some from their own garden) which we highly appreciated.nThe location was OK for us. Although there isn't much around in the neighbourhood, it is quiet and the city center is not so far by car.nThe guest house has a large yard with many green plants and some chicken running around. It doesn't feel like being in a big city at all.nWe liked sitting outside on the large porch where water, coffee and tea is available all day.nThe superior room was quite all right, clean with some pieces of furniture, even a small light and working AC. It was better equipped than most rooms we had in Indonesia. The bed was very comfortable, too, only the blanket was too small for us. Indonesian size I guess (we are tall).nIf you are a Western tourist, please keep in mind that this place caters for locals mainly. So know that there is no sink in the bathroom, ours did not have a hot shower (not really needed anyway) and there is no toilet paper provided (we didn't even ask as we had our own with us). If you don't mind all that and you like getting to know locals, this is the place you should stay at. If we ever come back to Medan, we will return.
