6.0 Khách sạn phù hợp với khách có nhu cầu ở bình dân, giá rẻ. - Nguyễn 16-01-2025

评价： Phòng tắm với vòi hoa sen dây ngắn và nước nóng lạnh không ổn định. Khó dùng.

4.0 Disappointing - Wei 15-02-2024

优点： The room floor is very clean and the boss is very nice.

缺点： there may be mites or lice on the bed, and your whole body will be itchy when you sleep on it, which is unacceptable. Didn't sleep all night

6.0 Nơi phù hợp để thuê phòng - Nguyễn 16-01-2025

评价： Khách sạn giá rẻ, khá sạch sẽ, gần biển và các hàng quán. Hơi ồn vì gần quán Karaoke.

7.0 Good - Jakob 29-10-2023

优点： I was supposed to arrive at 04.00am which they said was fine, and even though the bus was late and I arrived 05.30 I was able to check in and get that much needed sleep.
It was also very close to the bus station by scooter and I was able to get a good breakfast just around the corner.

缺点： The mattress was a stiff and didn't give in at all.
The pillows and bed sheet smelled of perfume which I thought was a little too much.
The hot water in the shower didn't work.

7.0 It was good enough and close enough to the place I needed to be most of the time. - Paul 05-08-2023

优点： The staff was very friendly and helpful.

缺点： The rooms are strictly basic sleeping and washing, there is really no space to work and no in-room telephone. Having said that all I really had to have was sleeping and washing facilities so it was OK.

缺点： The location is not the best, there is a karaoke bar nearby and inspite of we spend there a monday night they were singing quite loudly till midnight

8.0 Excellent value for money and lovely staff in a local community - Mandy 28-06-2022

优点： The rooms are clean and simple and for what you pay excellent value for money. We did have a problem with the mattress being too hard but the manager changed our room immediately the next morning. It’s approx 4K outside of town but fine as we used a scooter. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Great local amenities, restaurants and lovely lively beach in the evenings. Thanks for having us😀

9.2 Very Good - brian 27-02-2024

评价： I stayed here for 2 days and enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice but spoke very little English and i speak very little Vietnamese so translate apps got us through.

Small room but had tv, fridge, ensuite, good bed and wifi. It was close to the beach but i was there during TET so most shops were shut and it is quite a way from the city centre and the main beaches of Da Nang.

Overall though, i would recommend Le House Hotel.

10.0 Exceptional - Minh 18-02-2024
