评价： Hotel offers free breakfast, depending on room selected!nCenter of Rach Gia City!nLaundry is excellent!nA must stay if one needs to find a good hotel to stay at Rach Gia city! 😊
优点： This hotel have concierges who help guest with luggage from curb side to lobby and to room upon check in, and again from lobby to curb side to catch taxi when check out.
缺点： Hotel only have one elevator, and it stuck on the ground floor which required mechanical maintenance. Guest have to use stairwell to go up and down during the maintenance

缺点： poorly maintained specifically the bathroom,nBlack mold in grout and many cracks. Easily cleaned or replaced, fortunately we applied baking soda to most areas to allow our family to get through the night. Shower and sink leaks onto the floor.
评价： Stayed here for a week with other relatives. I was in room 555. it smelled of sewage. No hot water. Air Condition located in the middle of the rooms, therefore water dripping on the floor and I actual slipped and fell. Relative were later offered a similar room like the 555 but on different floors. Same sewage and no hot water issues. Staffs are friendly. Location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre.
优点： Nothing it all. Almost all of them were old.

评价： I stayed here 5 nights despite the negative reviews. I didn’t love it but most certainly didn’t hate it either, for the price it’s perfectly ok. It is true that there are some small flies flying around and that the interior is somewhat old and the hot water isn’t very reliable, but all in all for that price it’s ok, I would come here again if I need a cheap option.
缺点： When I booked this hotel in Canada, booking.com had charged the hotel rental fee to my credit card. But when I checked out today, the hotel staff asked me for rent again, otherwise he would not return my passport!
评价： The room is quite okay, fully equipped, clean, and the staff are polite. In the city center, having a hotel with parking is really great.
