评价： Nice
优点： clean, helpful staff. comfy bed. good for a brief stay
评价： Giá cả rất tốt, sạch sẽ nhưng phòng nghỉ dùng quá nhiều hóa chất tẩy rửa đến nỗi tôi phải mở hết cửa mới thở được, không dám dùng khăn của khách sạn
优点： comfortable and reasonable price, at quite area, facilities and parking were great
缺点： nothing
评价： The room is great, clean, convenient bathroom, convenient location, and comfortable sleep.
优点： Best Value for Money in the Region. The receptionist even drove us to a cheap mechanic to get one of our bikes fixed. Thanks alot!!
缺点： There was a Fan instead of an AC. But we couldn’t care less
评价： The room is clean, fragrant, and bright. It's worth trying.
优点： The building, the location, and the guards are really cheerful and accommodating. I love those fatherly figures.
缺点： The hotel staff and their house rule. The front officers, especially women, are not accommodating. They are snobbish to the guests. For their house rule, I stayed for two nights, and I felt my stay was disrespected as my room was entered by the housekeeping when I was out. I came back, and my things were rearranged, but I felt totally not safe because my laptop, phones, and other valuable stuff like money were left inside. The intention was good, and that was to clean the room. Yet not all rooms need to be cleaned, especially if the guests need privacy or keeping their valuables well. My suggestion is to wait for the guests to request to clean their room or provide a “clean-up room/do not disturb” doorknob sign to avoid issues like this. I have been staying in this hotel roughly every weekend, but for this case, this will be my last stay. I felt anxious that anyone could enter my room without my knowing and felt terrible that the front office had messaged me that I should be the one telling them or reminding them not to clean my room. For me, that approach was quite unprofessional.
评价： The hotel exceeded expectations although it didn't have an outside view, the service was very good, there was free parking, and the room was very clean, making it well worth the money.
优点： Location
缺点： I book the room without cigarette smell but it was. whole room has only 1 electric plug
评价： Sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, nhân viên nhiệt tình
优点： Nice and clean room friendly staff central location comfortable bed.
缺点：
Drainage - water seems to be ponding in the shower for awhile
Hot water - hot water tends to run out very quickly
Lobby - the lobby seems pretty nice but not very friendly with non-smoking people. Also, it tends to get quite crowded and noisy.
评价： Great place with reasonable price and nice staff. About the room, the staff should check the bathroom because it has a musty smell, and water drains out slowly. The kettle is quite old, when I boil water it has an unknown layer above the water surface.
优点： Cleanliness

Kingsales Hotel - A wonderful vacation!
I had a memorable experience at Kingsales Hotel. With great value for money, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, close to tourist attractions and shops. The room was clean and airy, providing a comfortable feeling for me. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help. The hotel amenities were complete and met my needs perfectly. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with hot water, providing a relaxing feeling after a day of sightseeing. I was very satisfied with the airport transfer, which was convenient and professional. I will definitely recommend Kingsales Hotel to friends and family.
