评价： Great staff! But our room smelled of dampness. It was so bad that we needed to sleep with the window open and welcome all the Mosquitos.

优点： I’m super happy to have found this place! It’s perfect for what I was looking for. The homestay is beautiful, clean and spacious. The rooms are well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts who run the place are super lovely, attentive and always want to make sure you're comfortable. And the location is perfect if you want to stay close to the beach. It’s only about 2 mins walk from a nice beach. You can also find plenty of restaurants, some small shops and a morning outdoor market that sells fresh fruit etc all nearby. Couldn't have asked for more!

They were always there to offer helpful suggestions, assist with any arrangements, and ensure we had the most incredible experience. And let's not forget their stunning beach just 5 min of walk. Don't hesitate, book your stay here – you won't regret it!

优点： Host was super friendly, room is simple and has everything you need. Amazing price-quality value. Host even gave as free Bahn Mi sandwiches when we checked out, which was super cute!

评价： We booked a room with balcony at this hotel because we wanted to relax at the pool.

There is no pool, no garden and no BBQ area as listed and shown on agoda. They displayed pictures are from another hotel!

Our room was already given to someone else, so we didn't even get a balcony. They gave us 2$ discount which enabled us to buy some ice cream though.

It's clean and the staff is friendly, but we feel cheated.

优点： Amazingly kind owners who sorted all of our needs. we rented bikes at a really good price and they gave good travel recommendations as well. I would highly recommend.

评价： The location is perfect. The beach is Just a 2 min walk and you can use the sunbeds of the hai long dragon sea restaurant for free. The staff of Ki No Homestay is very Lovely. They want to help you out wherever you need. We had a Great stay :)

评价： There are two Ki No very close to each other, I have now stayed in both. The Ki No 2 is twelve months newer and has a small pool. The owners manage both with the same staff and are excellant people as are the rooms, I haven't a negative comment to make about either I would recommend staying there if looking for an good inexpensive option at Cua Dai Beach Hoi An.

评价： There is no swimming pool in this place ( like picture would suggest) but it is nice. Room are simple but done with good taste. Staff is very nice and helpful. I needed to print something out and as they didn't have their own printed they got my copies someplace outside and didn't want any money for it. Everything works there perfectly, please it's new. It's bit difficult to find, as you have to go into the narrow street from the main one and then another narrow one - I have asked for direction in the hair salon near by.

优点： I checked in in the afternoon and noticed the host that I had a Full Marathon competition the next day at 4 AM, and Thao was very kind to wake up on time to open the door for me. Quite enjoyed her hospitality and friendliness, and would definitely come back if I have any further chance to visit Hoi An.
