优点： The owners were there all the time
缺点： The facilities were so basic and not that comfortable. Weather in Ha Giang could be too cold only with the electric blanket at night and without any air heater... we chose that night with the highest price but it not worth with such inconvenience.
优点： Both place and location are amazing.
优点： Beautiful property and view.
缺点： Very quiet. Staff a bit awkward. Needs a good women to run the kitchen.
优点： The place was super clean, and I can tell that they paid attention to the detail. For the cold mountain weather, the electric meatless for the bed made us to be able to sleep very well. When we stayed, there was a group of vietnamese tourists, the owner was worried if they were too noisy, but we could actually sleep well thanks to the warm meatless. Our room had a private bathroom. Nice view, of course.
缺点： Far from everywhere, and you need a (rather expensive) taxi to go anywhere.

Inviting staff and incredible scenery, the most interesting hotel I’ve been to. I recommend you go but bring cash to pay as they do not have a machine.
Wake up at 5:30 in the morning to see the sunrise!
优点： Beautiful renovated homestay with perfection for detail. The views are amazing and the have good wine!

It can get cold in the house. And it is a homestay
Don’t expect luxury. But for a homestay it is perfect!

评价： Địa điểm lý tưởng, các trung tâm mấy km, vợ chồng chủ nhà dễ thương, phục vụ chu đáo… Có mỗi cái là bị thoáng quá nên phòng bên nói gì làm gì đều nghe thấy hết. Đôi bên chim chuột làm đôi mình nằm im thin thít đành đi ngủ :)))
优点：
Beautifully designed and atmospheric traditional style house. The couple who own and run it designed it with great care (it took 18 months to build and has nice details, lighting and furnishing). It only has 7 rooms. Fantastic and comfortable common seating/relaxing areas. First class views from our balcony. It is an intimate and unique place and feels a bit like stepping into the past with style and modern comfort.
Very comfortable beds, great size room and lovely balcony/terrace. Very good food (hotpot for dinner and nice breakfast).
To note: Because of the traditional design of the house the 5 first floor rooms share bath rooms. This was fine for us- there was plenty of hot water and they were very clean. The walls are also of wood so sound travels in the building. Guests are asked to be mindful of others after 10pm. Again, not a problem for us- it added to the overall experience.
The couple who own and run it were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The most special place we stayed at in our two weeks in north Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to this part of Vietnam.
If you stay here, try to arrive at least an hour ahead of sunset to make the most of the garden/terrace and the views.

优点：
Best place I stayed at on my 14-day motorbike trip. This is a traditionally built, beautiful house to stay at. Gorgeous views. Great food.
Note that there are no glass windows, everything is a bit open air. Mattresses have a heated blanket on them which makes it a super comfy sleep. Shared bathrooms. though they are very clean so no issue.
缺点： I understand the fire/smoking procedure procedure is part of the tradition and used to chase away bugs, but I don't love that everything smells like a camp fire since it's so smokey everywhere else already due to trash burning.
优点： Beautiful place! We came across this place in the last minute when we looked for a place to crash for the night. The room and the house is absolutely gorgeous. The view from our balcony was incredible. A lot of details are taken in the architecture and interior. They serve delicious dinner and breakfast. Overall really love our stay!
缺点： Keep in mind that the bathroom is shared and is separate from the room, also quite basic. Not a big problem at all but good to know. Also during the night we stayed, the owner burned wood at the place, which smells nice, but the smoke was a bit too much at one point and my throat did not react well to it. However these things are minor and we still really enjoyed our stay!
优点： The place is incredible with a stunning view. They have a fireplace which makes the place very comfortable. The room is very clean. The food is very good as it is the red wine! Definetely a place to come!
缺点： The bed does not have sheets which doesn’t feel comfortable…. It is a sort of a blanket but it is washed from one person to another
