评价： Their location is very close to Seoul station but they have no elevators to the 3rd and 4th floors where they guests are accommodated.

评价： Definitely don't look like the picture. while location is near seoul station, exit 13 is stairs and the hotel is located at level 3 with no lift, more stair! the toilet flooded during the shower and the false ceiling looks cracked. because it is near seoul station, the room i was assigned to was very very noisy, they had a poster indicating will give ear plug if needed. *facebalm* also, this hotel is not 24hrs. they work 8am-11pm only. i checked out at 7.30am & left the hotel card on the counter desk.

评价： The staff was very very rude - without saying a word, he dumped the check-in form on the table. After I filled it in and pass to him, he dumped the hotel cards on the counter & went about his business. We all stood there thinking there is more process. After awhile I asked if that's all, he looked at us annoyed & said that's all. I really dunno why we deserve such rude attitude! The hotel has no lift and is located at level 3. We had to carry all our luggages to level 3 to check-in then level 4 to our hotel rooms. So upsetting!

评价： No lift is just not acceptable where the hotel is on 4th floor and with such heavy luggage lifting and taking down and walking up down daily 4 times not ok. I'll never recommend this to any of my friend . Good part is location only and little pricing also

评价： K Grand Hotel is just a 3-5 minute walk from Seoul KTX station. It is advisable for travelers who are traveling light. But for those with many pieces of luggage, you need to consider that the rooms are locate in 3rd and 4th floors and they only have stairs, no elevator. Also, for those with young children, you need to consider that as well. Overall, the property is good for backpackers esp if you want to catch early train trips.

评价： Great location just a few mins walk from Seoul station, and it’s located right next to the metro station as well. Perfect for solo traveler if you don’t have a heavy luggage since there’s no elevator. But other than that, everything was good!

评价： Pros: Clean room, excellent location, polite staff.nnCons: Bring your own amenities, they have soap, towels, and water in the mini fridge. But that's about it.

优点： Very clean and convenient to Seoul Station for our early morning train.
