评价： The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall—about a 5-minute walk. I will come back again the next time I visit Batam.

评价： The place is clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only on level 3 especially the room facing the main road and rooftop try to avoid as music too loud, could be heard before 10pm.

评价： Our first time to batam and booked this hotel for 4 days 3 night. The booking allowed me and my wife to stay at the superior room, by the way was smelling of mould and the carpets were hard like stale. On the 3rd day we were moved to the opp room on the same floor despite asking for higher floor. It was ok we accepted it that we had tonI’ve rooms and they could not accommodate us for all 3 nights. As we were to check out they charged us and extra night as they said the room was not in the condition up to their housekeeping expectations. I argued as we made an attempt to clean the room as we left. We did not even touch the mini bar. When we confronted the receptionist ida, she shouted at us claiming we left the room in a bad shape. I guess that was it means when my friends were telling me as long as your tourists they will find a way to charge u extra. We even told them about the condition of the first 2 night room stay and also when we went for breakfast the food was mostly finished and not topped up. First and last time staying here. Please stay at your own risk. I guys my wife and I did not know and we chose this hotel as it seems to be a little more pricier hoping for better service. We were clearly wrong.
