评价： Twin bed dijadikan holywood king size bed (240 cm) sehingga anak kami usia 9 thn bisa tidur ber3. Dan ada sofa bed yang bisa di set up juga. nSangat disayangkan bfast harus antri karena kapasitas bangku di omang-omang restaurant yang terbatas. nJarak dari kolam renang ke pantai sangat dekat.nNext time pasti akan kembali lagi.

评价： The hotel grounds and landscape, especially at night when the lights are turned on is gorgeous, with its lobby and bar area and the ocean-facing Italian restaurant a must-experience. There are lots of activities - cycling, yoga, swimming, (several different pools to choose from), eating, spa and massage and etc - to do within the hotel grounds itself and the surrounding neighborhood, incl next door Andaz and walks along the beach in either direction. nWhile the Regency Club lounge access is similarly stunning, the choice of food and beverages is poor, and it’s this bits that we weren’t happy about as we paid a whopping 60% more for Regency Club access- it’s not worth the premium, just stay with standard.

优点： Everything from the greeting, check-in, breakfast buffet and staff, to the property amenities going all the way to the beachfront was superb!

评价： Turned up to check in around 3pm having booked and paid for our room, they said they couldn’t find the booking but then did.. so it was obviously on the system the whole time. They told us the room wouldn’t be ready until 5pm..then finally text me at 18:10 to say the room was ready. No apology, just a giggle from the front desk when I questioned it. Then they charged my card with the room amount despite already paying for it. Just a crap experience. There are lots of other nice hotels next door.

评价： The most professional and friendly staff. Truly helpful caring folks. nOur room was well maintained and spotlessly clean. nThe resort grounds were amazing. nThe Hyatt restaurants amazing as well. nBest of the best in Sanur in our opinion.

评价： Check in was pleasant and fast. Lobby is huge and there are lots of sitting area. nnManaged to go around and check the place out after the receptionist gave us a map. Its actually quite a big area, hence the map. Pool and beach was nice. We made a quick stop at the turtle conservation area and glad to see that the turtle was in good shape & condition. From the beach also you can walk around to the cafes & shops lot. There were a good selection of foods and drinks on Grab. nnWill stay here again if we come to Bali again.nn

优点： The Regency Lounge exceeded expectations

评价： Nearly everything about the hotel was great, the stunning grounds, the beautiful staff, the food at the restaurants, the swimming pools and poolside service. However, on the fourth night of our stay, I developed welts on my arms and legs, and having been bitten by bed bugs before in lower budget hotels, I was a bit shocked that it happened in a higher end one. The hotel has a new policy of only changing bed linen every three days, which is great for the environment, but will wreak havoc if they get an infestation of bed bugs! When I mentioned to the staff on departure, I was told this was not a problem in this hotel. Sorry, but it will be if not attended to sooner rather than later. I emailed the Hyatt and told them of my concerns, and they diddn't reply, so will not be reccommending or staying there again. (Avoid room 2403)
