评价： Booked for a group of 4 this hotel because it was in Bau Cat, Tan Binh.
Room was in the worst conditions:
- Hanging wires every where
- Aircon barely working
- mouldy smell in the room
- PHOTOS WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!
The only good thing I can say is location and hotel does look good from the front but dont be deceive by it.
Would not recommend nor return.

8.0 Choose a room with a balcony - Stein 27-02-2023

优点： Room 501 has a huge balcony (shared with room 502). Being the largest building in this areal you will have a magnificent view over HCMC.

缺点： The reception is slow and not very friendly. Wanted to charge extra because I checked out at 12:45, even if booking.com clearly states the check-out time is 13!

优点： Cách phục vụ nv rất tốt

缺点： Ồn, cách âm kém, tôi đã ở ks này rất nhiều lần, nhưng càng ngày dịch vụ càng tệ, tôi đi chơi về tối là phải tắm nước lạnh. Toilet thì bốc mùi, nói nv thì họ đưa cho tôi chai xịt phòng, nhưng vấn đề là ở chỗ thoát nước, mùi cống bốc ra toàn phòng nghỉ.

评价： This is a very good hotel. But it is a long way out in Binh Than. If you want to be close to town this is not the place for you. If you like local areas you will enjoy. The food out there is very good. shopping is also good.
