5.0 Thought it was lux but doesn’t reach the mark for it. - Alicia 10-05-2025

优点： The spa bath was exceptional in the room. We took advantage of it.

缺点： We had a language barrier I get it but the staff didn’t communicate. We found out about the coffee machine on level 2 the days we left. We stayed for 4 nights. You don’t get towels replaced, it comes with the minimum amount of coffee, tea, and paper cups to use these. I had to go looking for more paper cups. Our rubbish wasn’t taken out so it accumulated over the 4 days. The toilet door is glass so the whole family sees you on the toilet. Teenage daughter hated this. This place could have been lux but it just didn’t reach the mark. The area around the hotel is so run down and for westerns there isn’t anything to do until restaurants open. nThe train and bus stops are close which is handy. But so far away from the main spots in Seoul.
