评价： Above all, the location was excellent. Everything we needed—such as hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops, and cafés—was within close proximity. Many establishments operated 24 hours, and the subway station was also nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.nnHowever, the room we stayed in had some issues. There were bugs, and it appeared that previous guests had held a party, as there were remnants such as tape still stuck to the walls. The water in the sink also drained very slowly. Although we reported all of these concerns, we were disappointed that they were not promptly addressed.nnAside from these issues, we were satisfied with our stay overall.

优点： The whole room was amazing and it was so close to everything! Great price for what you get! They even had a great restaurant!!
缺点： I wish they had a bathroom in the lobby

优点： The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, easy check in/out. the location is central so we could walk, use the subway and take a taxi easily. bed is good too!

优点： Hotel's location was really convenient. It made commuting around Seoul via Bus or Train very easy.rnBreakfast was REALLY GOOD! There were a decent amount of western and local options.
缺点： Front Desk staff, specifically the manager, kept telling us NO. They were very inflexible. rnWe requested for more towels because our room wasn't cleaned in 3 days, and they only gave us 1 towel. When we asked for more, they told us no. There were 3 of us staying in the room. rnrnThey also told us no when we asked for an extra room key, we can only have 1. rnrnIt was also hard to request to have our room cleaned. Even on days when we asked the front desk, they would still forget and we would have to follow up in the afternoon.
优点： Staff were excellent. Room smelled like smoked. They changed room for us.
缺点： Still smell wasn't that much better. Next storage room. It was noisy through the night from maintenance team.
优点： friendly staff, easy check in and check out, good location, comfortable bed
缺点： bathroom was not cleaned well enough (stains on the wall, dirty corners). there was leftover water in the cattle from another guest. the coffee table had sticky marks. the room temperature was super warm and could only be regulated by turning on the ac - seems like a waste of electricity. cleaning staff blocked off the slow main elevator - although they have a separate staff elevator right next to it. no value for money - it was okay, but wouldn’t stay here again.
评价： I enjoyed my stay at the Designer hotel. The location was great! Close to a subway station and walking distance from great shops, restaurants and convenience stores.
优点： it was not hygienic. cleaning was done in rush and no mopping. it felt really dirty everywhere
缺点： location and front desk staff are nice
评价： overall was good. we booked a long-stay for our trip (almost a month) during christmas-new year festival. the location is good. located near MTR and Tim Hortons coffee.
